KAC Express

Highly recommend KAC. I have been using them for service for several years. They are always prompt, and on time. I had an outside unit replaced recently at a very fair price. The work was performed very professionally. Trung came by a few days later to inspect the entire job.

I recently had a mini split ac system installed by KAC Express. The whole process from the initial contact to the final installation was done very professionally, and the individuals I dealt with (Mandy and Lee) were outstanding. Both were very courteous and personable. They even helped me find an electrician (after 2 no shows from another company) who knew exactly what I needed. He even contacted KAC after he finished and let them know they could do the installation. I found both company’s prices to be very reasonable (one a/c company that will remain nameless quoted me almost twice what KAC quoted for the SAME EQUIPMENT!). This was my 1st experience with KAC and I will use them again in the future. Sorry for the long post.

After our outside AC unit stopped running, I picked KAC based on the comments from the other reviewers and they didn't let me down. Trung arrived early in the given window and had our AC back up and running in about 30 minutes. It wasn't a major fix, but the prompt and speedy service are still appreciated. KAC also charged far less than several other companies had quoted for the same repair the last time we had the issue. We're 100% satisfied and will be calling KAC the next time our AC goes out.

Trung (tech) was extremely courteous and thorough. He took the time to help explain the system and was very knowledgeable. Our heat went out during freezing temperatures and they responded the same day. Great experience from this company.

We used KAC Express to replace our A/C Evaporator Coils and Condenser recently. We enjoyed working with this company as they are very responsive, knowledgeable and provide excellent/quality service. If you are having A/C issues, don't hesitate to contact KAC Express - you will not be disappointed!

I used KAC Express for the first time yesterday and will definitely be using them again. I called them to get a second opinion after another HVAC company told me I needed a completely new compressor but didn’t have the right size unit in stock. Nick came out and quickly identified the problem (caused by their technicians who had put too much freon) and assured me that we did not need a new unit. In less than an hour and under $150 later, everything was working fine. Nick’s knowledge and honesty saved me thousands of dollars, and he and Christy were both a pleasure to work with. Do not hesitate to call this company!

We have a rental home which needed replacement duct work and ultimately a new furnace. I called KAC based on other reviews and we received amazing service all around! I can't express how pleased we are. We live abroad, but it felt as if we were right in Houston. Extremely responsive to phone calls and emails, sending technicians same day and calling us with updates, at times within an hour or so, and working so professionally and conveniently with our renter. Honest pricing! I cannot recommend their service enough. We will always call KAC first. I can't thank Mandy enough for all her diligence in helping us.

Great service! We had an AC issue late at night right before a storm was supposed to hit Houston. Trung came out within the hour of calling for service and was able to get everything fixed! Great company and great response time! My husband and I called 5 other companies that advertised 24/7 service but were booked until the following morning. Thank you Trung!

My a/c unit stopped working and I called KAC Express at 5pm on a Wednesday. Trung, the technician was at my house in one hour and fixed the issue! Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

KAC express saved me $2900. I called them out for a second opinion after getting 7500 quote from another company. They installed a new unit for about 4600 which was much more reasonable than the $7500 the other company was quoting me. They came out the day I called to inspect the current unit and came out the next morning to install the new one. It didn't even take the whole day to install the new unit. They were very friendly and professional, Ill be calling them for yearly checkups from now on.
