Romeo the tech guy was awesome, very knowledgeable, professional. I need too have my unit replaced, prices were unbeatable. They do finance if you need it. What impressed me was the fact the owner comes out to see how everything went.. Great service all around.

My AC went out at the worst time ever, August, after 5:00 p.m.! Trung sent a tech over in less than a hour to assess the problem. He had a new unit installed for me in a few hours the very next day. His team did an awesome job getting it in quickly in this terrible heat. KAC has always been thorough and they provide prompt and great service. I highly recommend Trung and his company.

Amazing service - called when my new unit failed to come on 45 days after installation. Turned out to be a manufacturer defect on the thermostat (zero fault of KAC). I called at 6PM and they came out within 30 minutes to make it right. I was stunned. Would 1000% recommend them!

AC went out in the evening and the house was quickly increasing in temperature despite the sun going down. They were swamped with calls, but still made it to my door within half an hour of me calling. Called them at 7 p.m., they got to the house by 7:30 p.m., and had everything fixed by 9 p.m.

Fast and friendly service for sure! I’ve dealt with companies in the past that tried to replace as many things as I would let them just for money in the moment, but KAC isolated the problem and targeted the components that needed replacement now.

After reading the reviews and getting quotes from other companies, we decided to use KAC express. Even my AC guy that i have been dealing with for the past 5 years was OVERPRICED. We called KAC on 7/11/16 at 3pm to have someone come out and give us a quote and the Technician that arrived at 5pm (Abel) he quickly went up into the attic to check everything out and the outside unit. I could tell he knew his stuff just by the way he was talking to his crew about what is needed and so forth and so on. Our AC had been acting up after 11 years old. We decided to get the AC and Furnace (19 yrs old) replaced by KAC and are COMPLETELY SATISFIED. They gave us a reasonable QUOTE that we were happy with. Abel told me that they would arrive to my home around 10am on Tuesday and actually they showed up before 10am......5 STARS for that!

Abel and his crew were very courteous, ON TIME, very clean and worked NON-STOP until the job was done. I will definitely be recommending them and using them in the future. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I had an AC repairman out to my house five separate times trying to figure out why the primary bedroom of my house was so hot. In frustration, I called Romeo at KAC hoping maybe he could fix the problem. Holy moly, within ten minutes he rewired the unit and had cold air blasting through my house. Incredibly reasonable rates and extremely knowledgeable.

Truong was great. He arrived right away, determined the problem, got us temporarily up and a running while I figured out my financing, then did quality repairs at a fair price with a satisfaction guarantee. He even called back to check on how everything was doing. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone seeking AC maintenance or repair.

This group is excellent! They took my call late in the evening and had a tech out to review my home HVAC system the next day. The technicians were extremely thorough, gave in-depth explanations on my AC components, and were able to address every issue on the spot. Many thanks to Robert for his professionalism, his kindness and his attention to detail during these hot summer days. 10/10

I had an emergency issue with my A/C leaking & causing water-leak damage. I found KAC Express & tried them based on their excellent rating; luckily, I found out first-hand that great reputation is well-earned. I called late @ 530 PM and technicians Able & Steven showed up 35 mins later. These well-mannered gentlemen showed me what was wrong and answered every question while taking care of the problem. The most tense part of any service call for a customer is when you hear the price and KAC Express' price was great! What a relief! Dealing with these 2 gentlemen and KAC was a truly great experience; my A/C is 10 years old.
