Awesome service, timely communication and Great follow up!!

I own Om Realty property management company and been using KAC Express for last 6 months or so. I found them through my client. Mandy is really excellent. She picked up my call at 9.45pm on Friday. Set up appointment for Saturday and Technician was on time to the property and did the service. She called and updated me. Later She gave us real competitive quote to fix the problem and Landlord went with them to replace the coil.

Everything was done in just few days and Tenants are happy about our service and how we took care of the situation when it's getting hot days.

Very respectful. I had three people come out to give an estimate to replace AC unit and add extra vents and KAC Express offered the lowest price. They worked all day and I had no issues with their team. Highly recommended

We called the company at 5 pm on a Saturday when we noticed our AC wasn’t cooling the house. He arrived on Sunday at 10 am. He was very knowledgeable and repaired the ac unit in a timely manner. He also offered suggestions to issues he found in the attic.

We highly recommend this company! The owner was very prompt with his estimate to replace our air handler and it was a very competitive price. Abel and his sons installed the unit and were very informative, polite and considerate of our requests and questions. They did an awesome job!

KAC Express has been wonderful! Mr. Robert came by in June to repair the upstairs unit in June and Mr. Trung came by today to repair the downstairs unit. They were very professional, knowledgeable, arrived on time and were very efficient in their work. Highly recommend!

I am generally leery of home repair companies that try to overcharge and under deliver but every now and then you come across a company that restores your faith in good businesses. KAC Express has definitely restored my faith that there are good companies out there that are honest, professional, fair, and great communicators.
I called them on a Friday afternoon and that evening Tim was here checking my unit. I appreciated that he actually showed me where my unit had leaks and told me what options I had for repair and left the choice to me. He wasn't pushy at all. By Saturday afternoon I had a whole new unit and super cold AC again. The installers were timely, professional, and clean. Also, Trung has been one of the best communicators around. Each time I had a question, he called or emailed right away and reassured me that he is available for any questions, anytime. I highly recommend their services!

Called the owner and he came out to the house that evening. We had a new cooling coil by the next night. The crew was great and the work was well done at a great price. I’d recommend them for anyone who wants there HVAC done right and right away.

I have used and recommended KAC Express several times and the results have been equally exceptional every time. Wonderful service. Our house was hit by lightning Friday night, a/c stopped working.
