KAC Express

My husband and I have always used KAC Express for all our services.
Last night, the owner came by to check out my unit after my husband noticed the AC not working properly. It was not cooling inside my home, and the heat began to rise despite the sun going down. I was at work during the time and my husband sent me the good news of how Mr Trung was able to fix our AC unit last night. I am very greatful for him and his team team for being attentive and committed in helping us. I have small children at home and I appreciate all the hard work that was done. I was at peace at work knowing that my family were going to sleep well.

Love this company! The owner was able to check my AC on a Sunday where it was 100 degree weather. He assessed the situation, ordered the replacement part, and scheduled the install the next day. The employees that came to install were also knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful same day service, he is flexible, our AC stopped working and he was able to fix it on a Sunday! He is very knowledgeable and efficient! Overall very satisfied with the service & flexibility, we called a few places before finding his page, and being Sunday nobody was available, but he was!

Our AC had been fixed a few times and after 30 years of service (original to house) it finally required replacement. We had looked around, gotten several quotes, and they were all virtually within a few hundred dollars of each other. Since the price was within ‘the range’ we asked about service next, my cousin, who also used KAC, had a positive experience — and had zero issues with his AC after it was installed, we decided to go with them. (After talking to several friends who used various companies did not have that experience at all!)

They were incredible. Mr. Trung showed up the day before to get payment, and verify what they would be installing, and gave us a rundown of what to expect. They showed up the next day on time, tarps to keep the area clean, they installed the unit, and when they left the place was clean, and you barely knew they had been there. We had the unit installed mid-April along with a new thermostat, and a quick lesson on the thermostat. It’s been perfect since (it’s now early July).

Our unit replacement was the full unit, both the AC/Heat. Our AC bill is slightly lower. I’d recommend this company to anyone installing a new AC. (Since we have 2 units, I will be using them for the second one). They were very professional, kept to the schedule and prompt, installation was done well - a trifecta that’s hard to achieve in this industry. 5 stars hands down.

*Update*
We just had our 2nd unit replaced. (It still worked but was limping along, it was original to the house-as a transplant I was terrified it would stop working on the hottest day of summer) Again-incredible service. The installation guys are awesome and second to none. They arrived early, installed our second unit (both heat and AC) put down tarps, installed our thermostat, and were fast. I had asked about one of the bedrooms being too cold and ours being too warm and he fixed it instantly. I’m -once again- extremely happy with the service. Our old unit was loud and now it’s quiet, cool, and wonderful. Thank you again KAC - won’t use anyone else!

Excellent service! Look no further for any HVAC needs - I called this company at 6 PM for a commercial retail space HVAC issue - they were at our business within 45 minutes with a highly skilled technician to quickly and properly diagnose the problem and offer an immediate resolution. They even tried to give tips over the phone (without any commitments of work or payment) before coming out to see if we could resolve the problem on our own!

These guys are the real deal - Extremely professional, very responsive, highly skilled and amazing prices (especially for after hours)!

KAC came to our rescue when our furnace blower went out. The owner himself came over right away and spent time in our attic diagnosing the many issues we had. This happened on a Sunday afternoon as he and his wife were on their way to dinner. The fact that Trung took the time to stop by our house, go up in our attic and troubleshoot all of the issues says great things about this company! He arranged for us to have a portable air conditioner unit for our bedroom until our AC could be fixed, which was the very next day. They replaced our thermostat, furnace and blower and rewired our system. Without me even asking, his repair techs even sealed up the furnace pipe hole flashing on the roof that I had begged three previous companies to do. Do not hesitate to call Trung at KAC! Best, most professional AC company!
Update: Something happened with our AC, and they came out the same day to look at it. They got it fixed quickly and then kept coming out every couple days to check on it to make sure it was working the way it should. They called me all the days in between to check on it. Most companies will fix it, take your money and you'll never hear back. Not with KAC! They won't take your money until it's completely fixed.

We were installing a new Nest thermostat when we lost power to the thermostat and the A/C. We called KAC Express and a tech arrived within an hour and a half. Thank goodness there was someone available that late! The tech discovered a blown fuse and finished the install of the Nest thermostat within 30 mins. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again. Price was great. He only charged the 120 to fix the problem (less than the service call fee for the other place I called) Thank you!!

We called this company Sunday morning the gentleman came Sunday afternoon gave us an estimate he was very nice and professional. Monday morning Jorge Jr. Came did measurements he was very nice and professional . Tuesday Jorge Jr and his Father Jorge Sr. came to do the installation and they did a fantastic job . They explained everything they were awesome . The young lady that called was also so nice . We are very happy with our experience with this company we will definitely use them again and request Jorge Jr and his father. We have lived here 17 years and our home feels great the whole house cooled quickly even our master bedroom that has always been either to hot in summer and freezing in winter . Jorge made sure all the vents were blowing properly the heating system worked properly explained everything they did .We had our duc work replaced, furnace, Ceiling vents and wall return grilles .
