KAC Express

Great job and great price. I called KAC as my regular service company had quoted a strong price for coil replacement. KAC were fast, did a super clean job and a great price by comparison. They are now my new HVAC contractor 😀

Several weeks ago my system wasn't cooling down to the desired temp so I decided to call who was closest.
KAC'S technician, Trung Anh Nguyen, came out the same day and was able to take a look.
He was incredibly honest with me about the condition of my unit (verified by friends who are ac techs and of course everyone's best friend, Google.) The unit wasn't an optimized unit, which isn't surprising as it was the original one from 2007 when the house was built and the contractors lean to the better deal.
However, Mr. Nguyen was very upfront with me and didn't try to push or force any sales, just simply let me know the issue.
About 2 weeks after he came out, the unit stopped working all together. After speaking to some friends to get a ballpark on the price for a full replacement, I called KAC and asked for a quote. Mr. Nguyen came out that day and offered me a deal that was way better than I was expecting, for a Trane system no less, and the best part was that they could come out the following day and have it installed.
The crew that installed it were strictly business. They didn't stop once they got to work.
They made sure to wipe their feet before coming inside and laid down painters tarps to ensure they didn't damage my floor.
When the installation team were finished, Mr. Nguyen came out to look at the new system and ensure everything was working as intended, as a bonus, he also installed my new Nest thermostat.

Over all very impressed and satisfied.

Top notch and trustworthy company
Here is the timeline:
- called Friday morning and was advised a technician could be there between 3-5.
- was recalled appx 1:30 and advised that the technician could be a little earlier, would that be ok? Confirmed the earlier time
- technician arrived appx. 2:30
- appx 2:45 was advised what the issues were with our unit. 3:15 had an estimation. Told the technician I need to talk it over w/ my husband
- 4 ish called the main number and let them know we wanted to move ahead with inputting the new unit. They could not verify that they could do it Saturday but would try.
- 10am sat morning confirmed to get installed that day
-12:15 arrival
- New AC installed by 3pm
In less than 24 hours we had a new unit. In this summer heat, all we f us being cranky, and not having slept for a few days bc of our old unit not cooling, I can’t thank this company/ man enough for his help. The price we got was economical, but more over, they were communicative, on time, professional and kind.

Overall, I am satisfied with KAC's service. John explained in detail why my furnace was not operating optimally and for my family's safety it was best to install a new one. The installers were courteous and did the job quickly. It was also a plus to meet Mr. Trung who came by to inspect and make sure everything was right.

KAC is the absolute best company my wife and I have ever come across. They were so quick to come out, extremely professional, explained everything as the process went along, and took care of us like family. During the process of getting in the part we needed fixed they were kind enough to supply us with a portable AC unit to help us through the rough heat. When the part came in they quickly put us back on their schedule and were back out the next day. KAC worked with our schedule and fixed our unit even when we were not able to be present. My wife and I could not be happier. We recommend KAC to anyone who has need of their services. They have won a customer for life

I called KAC express on a Sunday morning at 6:30 AM talk to Mr. Trung he told me he would be at my house by 8 o’clock he showed up checked out my unit did everything he could to get it running told me I had a leak that could not be fixed on the inside of the unit so he gave me an estimate on a new unit told me that he would have it installed on Tuesday they let me know every step of the way from that sweet lady Christie calling me let me The unit was on its way it would be there at 9 o’clock let me know when the guys were coming out called me 10 minutes before they arrived these guys were an awesome team from able and his son Charlie and his other son able and the other two young men that was with him they were absolutely awesome polite and did a great job if you need an AC company don’t hesitate to call these guys they do awesome work and are very honest they have me for a customer for life thank you guys for all the hard work.PS they even gave me a portable unit to keep my house cool until they could install my new unit. I’ve had other companies work on my unit before and had to wait up to two weeks for parts and they never offered me a portable unit.Like I said KAC they have me for a customer forever

We appreciated a prompt response coming out on a holiday so my family could be comfortable. Second time and will be our go to for a third time and beyond.

I called and they came out within an hour! Guy diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and the next day my AC was fixed. Definitely will be using these guys for any future problems with my Heating and or AC!

KAC Express did an outstanding job in replacing and installing two new thermostats and 2 new central AC units at my home (which included condensers, evaporating coils etc). Trung and his crew were on time, very courteous, professional, cleaned up after their work and were able to explain what services they performed. KAC Express also worked with Synchrony and offered zero interest financing. I've used KAC Express for maintenance in the past and highly recommend them to anyone needing any AC or heating maintenance or replacement.
