Nick came right on time and provided an honest assessment of what was the issue. Pricing was affordable. He gave us tips on how to better manage our AC during the summer heat. Wore booties when going up to the attic which is an awesome touch!! Got us up and running in no time! Highly recommend them!

This is the second year I have enlisted KAC as the preferred provider to service my A/C and once again excellent service was given. The service technician TRUNG called and informed me when his arrival time was expected. As he is servicing the unit, he explains everything in detail so the customer is comfortable and aware of each step in the servicing process. As far as I am concerned, this is the only company I will call henceforth to service my A/C.

The Technicians at KAC Express are very professional. They did an exceptional job in the new instattion of a Reem high efficiency unit plus all the new components in the attic (coil, plenum, etc). The quality of their work is way above average; they take a personal sense of pride in their work and it certainly shows in their finished work.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their new air handling needs. They are competitve in their pricing and meet their appointment schedules.

I wrote a good review on other sites for this company and received a message from the technician thanking me for the positive feedback. Honestly, it was much easier to write something nice about good service rather than to flame over a bad experience. Anyways, the blower fan from my HVAC unit died while under warranty. The tech named Trung worked around my busy schedule and came to my house on time even on the weekend. Although the job sounds simple enough, it took the technician 3.5 hours to remove the rusted motor shaft from the fan and replace it with a new motor. I helped with the work but the task itself took more time than I or he had anticipated. I was not charged more than the amount the previously-agreed labor fee and the labor was guaranteed for 30 days. I am pleased with the company's service and would recommend them to my own family.

1ST time using KAC EXPRESS, they gave a great price and they stand behind their work. Mandy was great and made me feel like family. The tech that came out was awesome as well,,, I highly recommend them.

There is no good time for your A/C to die but it helps when you can find a company like KAC express. I called late on a Friday on Easter weekend and they were at my house within an hour. They diagnosed a bad compressor on my A/C unit and quoted me three prices (compressor, outside unit, and entire system). I opted to replace the entire system and they had the new unit to my house and installed the next morning. They took the time to show me what was wrong and explain why it was bad, they didn't just come in and say you need a whole new system. I would recommend them to any of my friends.
