    If there were more stars they would get all of them. I was jacked around by another company for almost a week. Needed a fan motor and said they couldn't find one you need a new furnace. I contacted Jack frost and less than 24 hours of contacting him I was cool again. The techs that came out were professional and courteous. Jack had promised me Richard it fixed and it was. No problem whatsoever locating my parts. I cannot them them enough. And on a holiday. The company is honest credible and very fair on their pricing. They worked with my budget. Rare to find these days. I highly recommend this company to my family and friends. I feel I have friends in the AC business. If they are not your first call make sure there your last. Thank you again guts and have a very nice 4th.

    I contacted Jack Frost to discuss issues with my AC. It was under warranty with another local company. Jack explained the possible issues with my unit and we discussed at length. He entertained all my questions and asked me for model numbers, thermostat model, etc. he called me that evening to discuss more and educate me. He put in a lot of his time for my potential business. I found this refreshing to see quality customer service. He is old school in how businesses treat customers. In the end, my unit was serviced by the original installer who had my equipment history from previous homeowner. I used them since it was warranty work. That said I would not hesitate in giving Jack Frost my business. He is very helpful, honest, and someone that would recommend only necessary repairs. Worth a call to find out.

    From the beginning, Mr. Jack was pushing me to buy a new unit from him. (same song you hear from A/C techs, old unit, need to get a new one) After I bought my townhome on Dec 2016, I inherited multiple problems with A/C, I had to call Jack Frost Air, cause He had worked on this unit before I bought the house (changed fan motor 12/16) Unit went out in June 2017 (6 mos.), they came back and changed all the electrical parts, breaker box, replaced a kick start kit, and electrical box, charged me close to $700. The A/C goes out this past weekend, (6 mos. after repair) I called Jack Frost, because the breaker keeps going off after 20 seconds or so. I asked them if the parts and their labor had warranty, he assured me the parts had 1 year warranty, the techs come by and check all the electrical, finding the kick start kit has gone out again and needs to be replaced. Total charge $250. for 20 minutes of labor. Jack assured me he is not charging me for the part, but I did consider the charge to be too much, neither the tech - Ray nor Jack will tell me how much is their hourly rate and they do not disclose that in their receipt either. When I refused to have the work done, Ray tells me I had to pay $120 for coming over and finding problem only. Unbelievable! Had to pay $120 for not fixing anything...Finally, I felt I had no choice, had the kick start kit put in. I will not call them ever again! They are way too expensive and their work is not guaranteed. I have already written to the Better Business Unit about their business practice.

    When we came home from vacation at the beginning of May we found that our air conditioner was not cooling and was leaking freon. I called AAA mechanical LLC, they sent out a repair man and he told me that I had no choice but to replace the entire unit. Desperate to find another solution I decided to call the next ac company on google. That's when I spoke to Jack. I told him our situation, what the previous repair guy told me and he was very much willing to help us find the best option. His repair man came out quickly, got the house cool and within a few days simply replaced the coil which was a fraction of the cost to replace the unit. I'm so thankful we found an honest man with a great company. He saved us a ton of money and a lot stress. I just couldn't be more grateful to him and his crew! This will be the only company we use for any ac problems we have in the future and will recommend him to all my friends and family! Thanks Jack!!

    Jack Frost has saved the day more than once. Five years ago, I called another company who said I needed a whole new system for thousands of dollars. I called Jack Frost for a second opinion, and he got my system running for $400. This month, my system went out again for a separate issue. I called Jack on Saturday morning, and his technician diagnosed the issue later that day. He came back first thing Monday after the parts store opened and had my system running in about an hour.

    I called several AC contractors for estimates on repair of a separated AC duct from attic to first floor. When I talked to Jack, he suggested several possible ways to repair/replace the duct to restore first floor cooling depending on the ease of access to the duct in the chase leading from the attic to the first floor. Rob and Joey called before arriving for the free estimate and promptly got in the attic to inspect. They came back with a repair estimate that required a phone call to the office to confirm a very reasonable repair estimate and then began work immediately by crawling down into the very restricted space of the flexible ducts. They securely reattached the flex ducts that had separated due to gravity (and cheap tape attachment). They took photos for me to confirm and promptly left to their next job.
    They were prompt, courteous, agreeable to my suggestions, and knew what they were doing. As a registered professional engineer, I couldn't have done it any better.
    Jack Frost will be my first call in the future for and HVAC issues!

    My husband and I began getting quotes for a new replacement HVAC system a few weeks ago knowing that our A/C unit was on its last legs. When I spoke with my mom, she said call Jack. Of course, like a dutiful daughter I did. I remembered that my parents started using Jack in the early 80’s. He has always taken great care of my parents home and so we called. Jack had his crew come out and give us a quote. Not only did they give us a quote for the replacement of the unit, they came in THOUSANDS of dollars less than the five other companies had already had come out. Now, some people would question such a difference, but I looked at it as a blessing from my deceased dad who owned his own business. During COVID-19 my husband and I discussed that we only wanted to do business with small business owners and now I had the ability to help out a small business owner.

    The crew just left after completing the job and I must say...their hustle and work ethics are top notch. I am sitting in my COLD bedroom writing this and enjoying comfort that hadn’t been felt in the house since 2012. Thank you Jack for being a small business owner and giving me the privilege of continuing on in my parents footsteps of hiring you as our HVAC companyfor life!
