Our A/C went out on a Monday, what a way to start your week, but we got into contact with Fresh AC Tech and they took care of us. They came by and gave a free estimate, which many others did as well but these guys were fantastic to deal with, they didn't try and sell us everything. They discussed the quote with us and went over all the options we had. After we approved the quote, they showed up 2 hours earlier than what they scheduled and knocked it out of the park. We are sleeping good tonight, thanks to all of the guys at Fresh AC.

Service was great and they resolved the problem. the only thing is they forgot to turn the unit on to make sure it was working before they left. So they had to come back out to turn the upstairs unit on.

My AC went out while I was at work. When I came home it was 87° in my house. I have pets and was very worried about the heat. Although it was after office hours, Alex came out quickly (about 90 minutes after I called) and was very patient while explaining my options. He followed up, in person, the next day after the crew had done their installation of a new furnace and power motor. I very much appreciated the quick response time.

The Tech was polite. He assessed my problem quickly and offered several solutions to fit my budget. I like honesty in my vendors and appreciate folks not trying to up-sell me more than I need. This is definitely true for FreshTech and I will be using them again.

Excellent service price and professionalism. The entire crew bent over backwards to make sure all my questions or concerns were addressed .I am a helicopter customer and they stopped and explained all my probably stupid questions without hesitation. I highly recommend Herron and his crew.

Had technician come to my house I was having issues with my ac not feeling cold enough in my rooms so tech checked the system for leaks and low Freon. Once he finished his free check up I was told that I needed a brand new condenser for about $2900. I decided not to do the service with him without calling someone else to give second opinion. The next company that came out told me that my ac was working properly and my Freon levels were perfect too that I didn’t need a new condenser the only thing I needed was a thermostat. They told me that fresh ac tech was trying to make a lot of money of me for no reason. I would watch out with this company.

Alex and his crew were pretty amazing. They replaced the indoor and outdoor units in under 4 hours. The system works great. We’ll continue to use fresh tech ac from now on!
