Fresh Tech was awesome. They came out ASAP to clear a fault on our system. We thought it was a major repair. However, just a minor fault that was easily cleared. They didn’t charge us. We were very happy with there service and loved the professionalism. We plan to use them again in the future and recommend to anyone needing AC repair service.

My A/C went out last night around 1am, I called at 6am for someone to come out and diagnose the problem. They were responsive and came out 30 minutes later and fixed the problem!

I love this company- they are always on time and work pretty swiftly. I have used them for 2 years and will continue.

I met with Fresh Tech's representative in the morning, agreed to their price with discounts, and they had the new furnace installed by late afternoon the same day. They helped arrange favorable financing for me as well. They have been very responsive to service calls that I've made for a new A/C unit they installed for me in May 2022.

Fresh Tech has been an absolute godsend. My husband and I bought our first home in 2020 and trusted someone else to zone our AC. After he completely botched the job, Fresh Tech came out promptly and told us what was wrong, fixed the job, and it was all done within a couple of days.

Two years later we are still using them as our point of contact for any of our AC needs. The original zoning board went out over memorial day weekend. I was worried it would be a while before someone could come out. But Fresh Tech sent somebody out within a couple of hours of me calling. They diagnosed the problem and came out the next day and had it fixed within an hour. My technician even offered to put in my new media filters when he noticed them sitting out.

Solid locally owned family business. We had a total AC upgrade with board replaced and they were all over it. Great communication and trust worthy quote. Was highly referred to Alex at Fresh Tech by a co-worker of mine. Our house just was not cooling like it should and was stronger in some zones than others. I called Alex and he answered the phone on the first ring. That alone said allot to me. He sounded happy to take my call, connected me to his admin and we scheduled an appt for the next day. He and his crew arrived on time, identified the issues with the system and wrote up a quote. We checked with a family friend that retired from doing AC repairs and he stated the quote we received from Alex was very reasonable. We moved forward and they were out the next day making the repairs. He even came back the next day to make sure the system was working as it should and to answer any additional questions we may have. This company goes above and beyond. We are incredibly happy with their more than professional service and as stated before, I would highly recommend Fresh Tech to anyone needing AC services!!!!

Matt was the best tech ever. He explained to us some things we didn't know about our unit. We bought a package with the company to come out and service our unit twice a year, which was very reasonable. I would recommend anybody and everybody I know to this business.
