Very pleased with Airsimplicity. We have gone through two other companies trying to resolve some poor cooling issues, including one company who left work undone in our attic and just completely disappeared. Airsimplicity promptly returned our calls, arrived in a timely manner, and were always professional. Our tech clearly explained what he was doing, and always checked in with us along the way before proceeding with any additional work.
We look forward to working with them again for all our HVAC needs.

Let me start by saying these guys are awesome!!!!! We are having a/c problems in the middle of summer! Its so hot I have been using this company for over 3 years and let me tell you they are the best at what they do. There are tons of commercial a/c companies out there and these guys are miles above the rest. Their customer service is beyond reproach. They are super friendly and truly care about you. They responded to our call out for help and had someone here to service us within an hour. They are so polite and really care about what your needs are. They go way above and beyond each and every time and do what it takes to make sure you are happy!!!! I cant say enough good things about them if you have a/c problems call Air Simplicity they are the best of the best.!!!!!!!!

Very professional. Was able to troubleshoot issues and provide best advice for repairs. Very trustworthy business and fair pricing on products. Would also like to thank Jeff for working through the issues to find the root of the problem. Feel much better about replacing the unit, for Jeff did all he could to fix the lesser expensive items.

The most dependable AC vendor I have ever worked with. Michelle is great! Q and Michelle are always patient with me and takes the time to explain everything. Fair pricing, amazing customer service, I won't go anywhere else for my commercial or residential needs.

Called Air simplicity on a Saturday at 8:00pm. Jeff showed up at 8:45pm to diagnose the problem. Had a Freon leak, he added Freon and a dye to determine where the leak was. Had to wait a few days to look for the leak. Jeff came back the following Wednesday and found the leak in the evaporator coil. Had 2 options to replace the coil or the whole AC system. I decided to replace the whole thing, they gave me several options. I decided to upgrade alittle and Air simplicity worked with me on a price that was fair. They installed everything on a Friday that took about 6hrs. Could not be more happy. Thanks Jeff, and thanks to Brandy for working with me. Highly recommend them and will continue to use them for maintenance. Thanks Mike

Great quality repair service work done by your technician Quoc Tran. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about the AC issues my mother was having at her house. His explanation of the issues helped my elderly mother understand the system a lot better than how I tried to explain it. Will definitely recommend any HVAC needs or any maintenance work to my friends and family. Am very pleased with the repair.
