They use unlicensed workers and charge same as professionals. Said it was fixed but the problem still remains and im $200 down the hole. They don’t seem to care if they get the job done thoroughly, bad quality.

Honest about the scope of work and cost. I asked for extra work on a 2nd unit to remediate a deficiency with the gas connection done by others. They happily made an extra trip to the supply warehouse and didn't gouge me on the cost. Professional job all the way around!

Don't let their free estimate and polite staff fool you, they are dishonest and are out here trying to take advantage of others by price gouging. They tried to charge me $750 to unclog my drain line. Their rationale was they needed special tools and a truck to come out . When I told them I would consult with my father, they texted me back and said they would do the job for $600. I got 4 other quotes from other companies around Houston ranging from $125-$160. Please do not get ripped off by them, save your time and money and go with someone else.

I decided to go with the 17 seer trane equipment with mediafilter and smart thermostat control. He presented me with different financing options and i went with the one which best fit me.
