We called on Tuesday to get a Friday appt. He said He would be here at 8am. Well We wait and wait
Finally we call at 11o'clock and the Girl said she was going to" jump his ass and get him right over"
He shows up at 1 pm. We tell him we moved this furnace from the mobile home we had to the house. We moved here and we need him to get the furnace to work. And hook the ac.up. He looked at it tellls, We need a transfoer and new wiring. Okay give us a price we told him. Well he had to go track down a transformer. He would be back . About 45 minutes later some girl calls and tell us they can't work on it because the wiring is a fire hazzard. now this is the wiring we agreed need to be changed and we're hiring them to fix. He did not want to do the job in the first place, is why it took them all morning to get here. and He found the first excuse to say I 'm am not doing it . wasted our day. waiting, trusting they would do the job. We called John Moore explained what happened, and what I wanted they will be Sunday to fix it. They said it would be no problem. So don't do business with these people they are a hit and miss . Maybe he will feel like working or maybe not.

Do not use they tell you one price and than charge three times the price charge me 600 dollars for 2 hours of labor and a warranty fee for something that was free will not recommend to anyone! The boss man who they wouldn’t even give a name was so rude on the phone not a way to run a business not to mention we where without air for 8 Days waiting for them to order part!
