Called them on a Sunday and someone was sent over immediately. I needed a new part which was taken care of the next morning and installed. Everything was throughly explained and I was constantly updated even though it was all done so quickly. Highly recommend.

Our AC hasn’t been cooling for 2 days. So Cool came recommended from our neighbor & I was hesitant to call first because of pricing. Their rates are reasonable & everything came out less than what we were expecting to pay!!! Their service was TOP NOTCH & they even welcomed you to watch & see what they did so YOU can fix the problem next time!! We will definitely call again if we need maintenance for our AC in the future.

This is the best company I've ever called for services. They came well after their normal working hours just to make sure we didn't have to sleep in the humid Texas heat another night. They are professional, friendly, honest and efficient. They explained everything. The prices were more than fair and we finally had a good night's sleep in a cool house. So Cool gets the job done, day or night.

My A/C went out, I called and they came the same day, ordered my parts, even checked if my unit was under warranty (no luck) & installed parts. My unit was back in business!!! They recommended a blower wheel clean due to allergies and they did it plus gave me tips on what I needed to do myself monthly. They did an awesome job. Fast & reliable!
