For the past two years, Eloy has taken care of the unit at my mother-in-law’s house. After calling several businesses last summer, he was the only one who could accommodate us into his schedule.
He is reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He calls me to go over options and pricing before providing any services because I don't live in San Marcos. Thank you for always taking care of my mother in law! Highly recommend

We have used this company twice now for complete removal and cleaning of different window units in our home. Not only did Eloy do a great and thorough job cleaning the units but he is professional and extremely quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this company for any AC and heating needs.

Oh man with the summer coming up I knew I had to get my tune up/system serviced . Little preventative maintenance goes a long way. And whoa talk about a difference it makes. My system is running so much better. Really grateful I should’ve taken care of this long ago. Thank you again

I would 100% recommend Mr.Kool’s Air-dition. The owner is very Upfront about everything. Answered all my questions, fixed my ac as fast a he could. My coil needed to be replaced for my AC but unfortunately it was no longer under warranty he made sure to let me know the price of everything upfront before continuing with any work, making sure that I was OK with everything. He gave me the breakdown of all his work and making sure I understood what I was paying for. He also spoke Spanish which was a plus because it also helped in translation to my husband about what was wrong with our ac.
This is the first ac repair man that I have found to answer on a weekend and come out on an emergency call.

My ac is working amazingly!

I called numerous local AC companies in the area of Seguin & New Braunfels and they couldn’t get me on the schedule for several days.

I then contacted Eloy with Mr. Kools out of San Marcos and he was ready to work!
He came out to repair my uncles faulty motor on his AC unit. Eloy had the issue diagnosed in a very timely manner. He quickly took on responsibility of finding the exact motor that was needed. He rushed to pick it up and had it replaced in no time at all.

This is the kind of guy that I like doing business with. He genuinely wants to help people and just make a living while doing it. He'll go out of his way to make sure you're set for whatever you need and not try to break you while he does it. I won't use anyone else.

My AC stopped working during some of the hottest days ever recorded in July, so i called Mr. Kool to set up an appt. He was able to come out in short time and get to work. I really appreciated Mr Kool's honesty and knowledge on what i was dealing with and gave me options. He let me know what and why he was doing each step of the way and gave me advice on how to prevent the issues going forward. I greatly recommend Mr Kool because of the wonderful experience i had and will only use him going forward. Thank you Mr. Kool!

Very happy with my experience with Mr. Kool's! They really went above and beyond! Came out quickly and kept me in the loop about everything! Even spoke to me before hand about what was wrong with my unit, what needed to be done and how much it would cost before doing anything. They really are committed to great service and very friendly. I’m so grateful for mr kools coming to my home and fixing my heater. It was 40 degrees out and the heater had failed from previous owners lack of maintenance. It was straight to the point and quick response. Will definitely be doing business with Mr Kools again

They replace my a/c and heating unit did a great job also worked on my mom's. I higher recommend him.
