JDR A/C & Heating

I was in a pickle the day before I closed on my house. I called JDR based on the reviews I saw. Well those reviews don't lie. A gentleman named Daniel got my issue resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you Daniel, and JDR! Will use them when I need help with my new home!

Daniel is the best ever. He worked with my schedule setting up a time to come to my house. He is polite, neat and quick. Didnt try to tell me a bunch of bull. He is honest and very reasonably priced. I wouldnt use anyone else.

Came out Saturday evening to diagnose the issue, which was faster than any other company we called. Gabe was thorough and knowledgeable. He followed up on everything he said he would. We trusted him and the company and were given great options and prices. They are our new A/C guys!!!

Heat pump gave out. Called for four estimates, Da niel was one of theem. He was thorough and gave me the best price for the same units the others quoted, saved over $500. Great Experience!!! Had my HVAC go out. Called JDR and they sent out a tech and he explained what was wrong with my system and what could be done to fix it. They are very knowledgeable and works with the customer to see what it takes to get the system up and running. They have Excellent customer service!!! Very Friendly!!! I would recommend this company to my friends. They have my business!!!

As someone who has had to replace several A/C’s in several different states, I Assure you I have never dealt with a more honest, sincere, meticulous, with very fair pricing, hard working, complete explanation of coverage, and expectations and even offer maintenance/service program. Best I have ever dealt with bar none!!

Fuse went out in AC recently and i called Daniel. He made it a point to send someone out same day and took care of the problem. Great service and would definitely recommend.

Awesome service! Quick, professional, thourough, and reasonably priced! Adjusted review. Contracted to replace my UV bulb. After a year still not done. I contacted them, and they said they would set up a service call to install a new system. Two months later ....no word.
