My house was built with a Goodyear unit, lasted about 13 years before it went out. Called flo-rite over and they talked me into getting a bigger unit saying it would last longer. 4 yrs later, the blower motor goes out. When you call them you always get voice-mail and they don't call you back until 2 weeks have passed.

I called for a quote to replace my entire system and Frank the owner impressed me as a professional immediately. The next day his two technicians arrived on time and stayed until 9:30 PM making sure everything was perfect, every detail. The best service I've ever experienced in home improvement and in AC service by far. With the new 5 stage system, quoted at a competitive price I love my home again. ( Went with Night and Day CVA9 and it's a beauty)

Awesome company with great customer service. I was taken care of quickly and updated as to when technician was on the way. Technician was super nice and upfront about what needed to be repaired. It’s hard to find a company that is honest and reliable but FLO-RITE is the real deal. Definitely would recommend to friends and family and won’t hesitate to call them again if I needed to. Frank & his crew did an excellent job replacing our old a/c system with a new one. They were pleasant and professional and went "above and beyond" to make certain that everything was done to our satisfaction. I am very pleased with how the installation went and enjoying our new air conditioner. I definitely recommend them!

Called them to replace ducts. The work should have taken a whole day and it was finished in about an hour. After their work one of the rooms was no longer receiving air. Had to call them back they sent same guys to fix work they didn’t do right in the first place and again the guys still did work quickly. I say quickly because the person I spoke to said the work would take about several hours. Even one of the managers who came over to check the work said he did not like the layout of ducts. They sent same guys and still not much progress was made. I called another company to check duct work, they said the layout that was used was an old method, not newer method used today for better air flow. I made really bad decision in calling these people, I should have just called the person I usually use but i got stupid. Definitely will not ever use this company again.

This company is outstanding in its quality work and customer service. The office staff (Marissa, in particular) and the technicians are exceptional in every way--customer service, technical knowledge, courtesy, promptness. I cannot think of one think even remotely negative to say about this company. They went way beyond the norm to insure that the proper equipment was installed in a timely manner (in an incredibly short time frame). Hire this company.

After contacting Flo-Rite, John came out to give me an estimate and arrived when he said he would. I needed a complete new system and after making the decision to go with Flo-Rite, they were able to order it and get it installed the next day.
