Tony came out and reviewed what the issues were with our system - the system had not been cooling over the weekend, and we had issues with the system for some time. We knew it was on it's last leg. The home warranty company just kept patching it, but it was breaking down every month. Tony and Jerry Hernandez recommended a system at a reasonable price, and the system was installed within several days (could have been sooner but I couldn't be at the house before then). They came at the appointed time, completed the job just about in the time they said it would take, cleaned up everything. Then Tony went over the system, told me what to do as far as preventive maintenance, etc. Just a great experience. Would highly recommend this company.

I first started working with Felix AC back in 2013 when American home shield sent them to my place and they replaced my condenser. Then again in 2016 when i had them replaced my entire unit. Its been 4 years but when my ac starter acting up...they were at my house within hrs the same day and completed and annual maintenance...i was back at 100% in this San Antonio July heat...thanks again Felix AC

Our AC went out today with the rain. I called Felix Air Services and the tech was here within an hour. It was our transformer that needed replacing and they got it done within about 20 mins. Total was $325 including the service fee. I am very pleased!

My AC stopped working out of nowhere and with this Texas heat it was torture. Thank God for Felix air service. The owner himself went to fix my AC. ASAP now my house is nice and cool again!
