I had a previous company come by yesterday, they pretty much couldnt figure out the problem, they were at my home for 2 hours. Gave me a rough estimate, even thou they werent sure what was wrong!? Then i called felix, he came by right away, same day within an hour, he figured out the problem within minutes, and got it going within 30 minutes. He saved me a ton of money. Thank you for your honesty and and great customer relationships. I will definitely call you again.

Felix air services are a wonderful company. I would refer everybody to them because they are professional & fast. I needed my unit replaced before the Arctic Blast arrives tomorrow & he has gotten the job done on time. Thank you Felix Air Services!

I came home to a hot house today and noticed my A/C system turned on but not blowing cold air. I called a few companies that weren’t able to assist me in a timely manner until I called Felix Air. They sent a technician out within the hour and diagnosed my system in minutes! Tony (technician) had a replacement capacitor on hand and replaced it. Let the cold air flow again! Thank you Felix Air!

My air conditioner had just been serviced by another company and had stopped working the next day. I called them back but they didn't have an opening until several days later, leaving me without air conditioning while my family was visiting. In the meantime, I saw a Felix Air Services truck at my neighbor's house and the technician inspected my system while I was talking to him. After a few minutes, the AC kicked on and it's been working fine ever since. He said it was just a loose wire and didn't charge me anything to fix it.

Felix Air Services provided air conditioning maintenance services on the same day I called. Jerry was professional, on-time and spent a few extra minutes educating me on what he was reviewing and the importance of how my system worked. During this visit, everything checked out well and Jerry did not try to up-sell or convince me I needed anything extra (a rarity in the services industry). Felix Air Services has earned a loyal customer.

I LEARNT A HARD LESSON! I am gladly want to invest a good amount of time to write a great review for this company. Im very assured now whom to call for my future AC service. 5 stars are not enough to rate this TOP quality, HIGH integrity, VERY thorough, VERY reasonable and VERY skilled professional company. FELIX, the owner, is very personable, and very experienced professional who will go far and beyond to make his customer VERY satisfied. Have I mentioned HONEST? I have a house that was built FIVE years ago. The AC brand is GOODMAN. Just recently starting July 7th I had a hard to identify problem with my AC which lasted 8 days to fix….It was working ON and OFF, stopping every few hours while poorly cooling the house. I had 2 popular highly rated companies to come 4 times total to just WRONGLY diagnose the problem, charge money for the service calls and one company do USELESS repairs! My expenses were totaling in $600+ and mounting….. There more, those companies were recommending me to change the compressor and the whole unit itself if that would fail too! NOTE: AC wasn’t properly working for 8 days in this heat with 2 nights no AC at all! Felix was very professional, prompt and efficient in his communication. He helped to diagnose the problem that wasn’t related with the outside AC unit itself! It cost me ONLY $35 to fix comparing with $2500+ for a new compressor or $6000+ for a new AC quoted by the other companies! I will ONLY use this company to do any work and maintenance on my AC not worrying that someone will charge me for the wrong diagnoses and repairs, and also while doing so jeopardize my system so they have a reason to come later and “fix” it. As I can see from my experience and many others its a common problem in this area.
Highly recommend FELIX AIR CONDITIONER sevice, especially in an emergency situation.

The Technician was quick to determine what was wrong and after identifying failed equipment, he reinstalled replacement part and system was again operational. All in less than one hour.

There is no better Air Conditioning service company in San Antonio, TX! They are efficient, honest, reasonable and reliable. I have used them for over ten years and would never call anyone else.
