Timo is the epitome of professionalism. He took the time to explain pricing and ensured I understood what caused my air conditioning unit to stop working, as well as what he was going to do to fix it. Timo came Friday afternoon and was unable to find the part needed to make the repairs. We were initially told it may take weeks due to the supply chain issues. Eagle called me late Friday to advise Timo would be back and assured me my repairs would be made. When Timo arrived he told me he didn’t sleep that well thinking about the problem, and the fact I didn’t have air. He went above and beyond by going to several stores before he finally found the motor he needed. If you have the misfortunes to require repairs, don’t worry, call Timo and I assure you you’ll be in Good hands!

Eagle Heating is one of the few remaining companies that care about the quality of service provided to their customers.

Their inspections are top notch! The staff patiently and fully explained their findings to me.

Each time, Eagle Heating listened to my needs, quoted several parts/pricing alternatives (to ensure they met/exceeded my needs), and provided timely professional quality service.

I have contracted them multiple times replacing an old AC/Heating system, eliminating the noise of several vent flappers in my attic, and replacing a sub-par bathroom vent with a right-sized vent.

The money was well spent, no regrets.
