The employees from Design HVAC were very professional. They always arrived on time, and they provided prompt communication by phone and text. They installed a new air handler with no issues. I highly recommend Design HVAC.

I signed a yearly contract. They supposed to do check up every six months. They showed up one time and didn’t keep their promise for the second 6 months. Totally dissatisfied

I asked for 3 quotes to add a mini split AC unit to my home. Nuedes came out right away with a very competitive quote and was able to do the install right away. My old AC unit was leaking freon, and was not repairable. I contacted 4 air conditioning repair companies that were local and asked for bids to either replace my whole system, or to give me partial replacement quotes. I heard back from 3 of them, but they only offered a few options. After a little more research, I contacted Design HVAC, and after a thorough inspection, they provided TEN quotes , with various options!
I could not have been more impressed by both Neudes and Yuli, working as a team to give me exactly what I was looking for: a high efficiency AC system at a very reasonable price. Both the outside and inside AC system components were installed in one day, and thoroughly checked out for proper operation. Neudes is an excellent technician, and worked diligently to get everything to fit my existing plenum and ductwork, with great workmanship. This is an outstanding company, with the highest integrity I've seen.

This is our go-to ac company, we’ve had them out several times as we have an old unit. They always respond immediately and arrive to save us within just a few hours, even on a holiday weekend (July 4th)! I highly recommend, my whole family uses Design HVAC and couldn’t be happier!

My heater went out during during the night while having the ice storm. despite icy roads and even a portion of I-10 fwy being closed, Nuedes (owner) came out. I have two extremely steep hills that were icy and any other vendor would have passed on showing up, but not this company. They got my heater running so I could get through another night of 19 degree weather! You can bet I was thankful for their promptneSs and determination in time of need

I called them because my unit suddenly stopped working. They responded promptly and informed me my compressor was bad and that I should replace the A/C unit for just over $7000. I called master cheif a/c for a second opinion and $900 and 1 hour later A/C working great. Compressor working great.
