Everything about my experience with Comfort Techs was fantastic. To begin with when we called we actually got to talk to a human. It was one of the hottest days of the summer when our AC quit and they got a technician out there in the afternoon to diagnose the problem. They had to order a part but when it came in Isidro (the technician) worked until after 7 PM to get our AC back up and running. The whole experience was orchestrated by Isidro who is extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, and professional from start to finish.

Had a great experience with the company and Isidro. Very honest, polite and had great communication with me. He’s very knowledgeable and took his time installing my AC unit. Just had my inside and outside heat pump replaced for half the price of other quotes on my rental house. Isidro did a great job. He is registered with the city. Definitely recommend his service.

I had a problem with my HVAC the company selected was Comfort Techs Air Conditioning and Heating. When contacted I was able to select the earliest and most convenience appointment time for me. Their technician Isidro Ramirez arrived on time and called when he was on his way. After arriving at my door and putting on his mask and covers on his shoes he quickly diagnosed the problem. The parts were quickly order and when they arrived Comfort Techs Air Conditioning and Heating called to arrange for the repair and just as before I was able to select the earliest and most convenience appointment time for me. Isidro Ramirez arrived the same as the first time except this time he had a partner, Marti and after putting on their mask and shoe covers they cover my floor from the front door to my HVAC. They were very professional and made the needed repairs and even corrected things that were not a part of the repair order. Before they left they cleaned up after themselves. If you need HVAC service or repair I recommend them.

This company got assigned by 2-10 home warranty to fix my AC on 7/7/ 21 WED. Today is 7/20/21 TUE, my AC still NOT working properly in the hottest month of Texas. I called 2-10 home warranty on 7/14 WED to follow up and they told me that they needed more information on the diagnosis therefore they would contact with Comfort Techs. on 7/16 FRI I called again and they told me the technician has not sent the DIAGNOSIS yet since 7/7/21. I called Comfort Techs on 7/19 and 7/20/21. Nobody is picking up the phone at Comfort Techs. Bottomline is the Diagnosis has been sitting on Comfort Tech for 13 days to make its way to 2-10 home warranty so they can approve the work. Without the diagnosis being sent to 2-10, how can they approve the work? Why can't you just send the diagnosis, Mr Isidro?

I was recently referred to Comfort Techs A/C because I was in need of a brand new air conditioning unit. I had a lot of questions prior to my purchase. Isidro was patient and answered every question with detail. He provided different options that would best suit my needs and my budget.

One of the main reasons I chose Comfort Techs is because they offered financing options for my prospective unit. Once approved, Comfort Techs was in my home the very next day installing the unit. I purchased a Goodman 16 Seer Unit. The unit came with a 10 year warranty on parts, and a 1 year warranty on labor. Upon installation day, Comfort Techs was on time, and installed the unit without an issue. His team took their time with the installation process and made sure everything was running okay. Before leaving, Isidro reviewed everything with me; making sure I didn't have any questions. He told me appropriate maintenance for the unit, how to operate my Nest Thermostat E, and how to apply for eligible CPS rebates.

While the unit was being installed I knew I was in need of insulation in my attic, we made an appointment that Saturday at 1:30pm and they were back at my house, right on time!

Lastly, I would highly recommend Comfort Techs. I am really impressed with how dedicated Comfort Techs are to their customers. Not only are they passionate and friendly but Comfort Techs takes great pride in their quality of work.
