At this time, we are getting estimates to replace our electrical panel. The technician, Hector, was very professional and explained everything that he found and provided estimates for the needed work. He also did some quick “bandaid” repairs for safety. We know that if we go forward with this company, they will be able to do the work very soon.

Jason Kidwell came out to my house on 6-2 23,He was top notch! He explained everything to me! He was OUT STANDING! he had someone come out the next day ! on 6-3-23! The job was done in about 4hours ! The 2 guys Eduardo Martinez and Devon Ramirez were quick and clean! I am so PLEASED with my NEW AC/Heating UNIT!!!! You guy ROCK!!!!!! I am so pleased!!! Champion AC - Thank you for sending Brian Hatwig for our air conditioning maintenance service. He was beyond exceptional. You should be very impressed with how he represented your company. Rarely do I see such respect, kindness, efficiency, and competency wrapped in one person. He explained all of his findings in a manner that I could understand and called my husband at work to enlighten him as well. Brian is very well spoken and clearly he understands what he is talking about. He commented that he loves what he is doing and who he works for and, in fact, never plans to leave. He went on to mention the great training and mentoring that he gets from the company and that he is very hopeful about his future. Sadly, I don’t witness such an attitude as often as I would like, but Brian was very refreshing. And, our conversation made me very hopeful (like him) about my future (and everyone else’s) knowing that such a man (and father) is up and coming. He also exceeded my expectations in that he tried to repair a broken air conditioner that he noticed and offered options for a replacement. My husband explained that the room for the air conditioner is not used very often and because of some financial stresses we would need to hold off for the time being. Brian was very courteous in his conversation and we felt cared for yet not pressured to buy a new unit. He explained how he made sure the breaker was off and the unit was safe and not going to be a problem as it remained. I assured him that we will be calling him directly as soon as we have the finances to make the purchase for a new unit. And, we WILL be calling and looking forward to his return, if he is available. Nonetheless, I am grateful to Champion AC for taking the time to train your employees in such a way that they are edified and excited about what they do, and that they have a company and products that they can trust and confidently recommend.

Great service. I already knew our thermostat went out after a recent storm. I was going to replace it myself, but my lovely wife reminded me that we have Champion service that we pay for. I made the call and got it replaced the same day. The technician was very thorough and assisted with the installation of the app for the thermostat. We’re very satisfied.
