Matthew Morales is one of the most PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, and HELPFUL Electricians I have had the pleasure of meeting. He came to our home and previously did an electrical inspection and as a result, we scheduled to have him come out to complete one of the quotes. Matthew came out and replace my Electrical Panel which was very outdated and he did a beautiful job on it. I appreciate all of his hard work. Darren Hock is the best! He's come to our house on two occasions and is always polite,professional, and HONEST!!! He found every issue with our ac and was ready and willing to get the job started, but the homeowners (rented house) wouldn't allow it. Highly recommend asking for him for your ac needs! Pete at has been maintaining our HVAC system since its installation by Champion 3+ years ago. He is always on time, friendly, and efficient with his time. We can always rely on his recommendations including the importance of surge protection, CO monitors and leaf shrouds for our outdoor units. Pete does a thorough seasonal inspection every 6 months alternating between the A/C and Heating systems. This includes flushing our condensation lines and thoroughly cleaning the outdoor condenser coils. Champion's annual maintenance agreement is definitely a good value. After each visit, Pete gives us an explanation of his findings and sends a detailed report of each of our two systems. Pete at Champion AC is definitely a 5-Star performer. The customer service is the reason I stay with them. When calling the number directly, they are polite and professional. All the techs that have come out are also very professional. Our thermostat recently went out during this heat wave and even though they couldn’t get the part right away, they provided a portable to help us out and kept us updated on the status of the part. Just don’t call the number on the automated text confirmation. That seems to be a separate service and the customer service at that number is terrible.
The technicians were very professional, on time, and very respectful. Mr. Eric Perez explained everything he did in a language I could understand. They did an excellent Job! I would use them again and would 100% recommend them.

This isn't a "fake review" directed at the company. If I could give negative stars, I would! My A/C stopped cooling a few days ago. I first called Airtron, but they weren't helpful. They wouldn't even come out and see what the issue was unless I was a "preferred member" which included a 1 year contract/subscription. I decided to give Champion a call since the Google reviews were really good. They sent over an A/C tech later that afternoon. He primarily worked on diagnosing my A/C unit that is outside of my home. He took about half and hour (maybe more) and told me that it wasn't the coolant or the fan, even though the fan did not spin and sounded sluggish. He did install a new capacitor since that's what he apparently did to the A/C unit of a few other homes with a similar issue as mine. It still wasn't working and so he concluded that it was the compressor. Granted, my home is only 3 years old. I did contact Airtron again to ask about the warranty. I was told that specific parts, including the compressor, had a 5 year warranty that covered the parts and labor. I decided to call back the tech that assisted me from Champion and he said they could install the new compressor for $1,400. Even though the warranty covered parts and labor, he insisted that was their fee for the "compressor change out." Something didn't add up, so I consulted with a neighbor of mine who happens to be an electrician. I told him what was happening and if he could take a look at my A/C unit. My neighbor told me to go inside my home and check to make sure the fan was ON & set to Cool via the thermostat panel. I kid you not!, that probably took less than a minute, and when I went back outside he told me he had fixed it! The fan was running just fine and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the compressor! Not only that, the A/C started cooling my home immediately! (The temperature inside my home had almost reached 90 F!). My issue here is two-fold. Either (1) this technician is INCOMPETENT and has NO idea what he is doing or (2) he fabricated a LIE that the the compressor was faulty in order to charge me $1,400, even though the warranty covered parts and labor! That's NOT okay with me! That is WRONG! Very unprofessional, devious, and dishonest. I will NOT be contacting Champion Home Services EVER again! The A/C technician's name is Austin Cruz. Don't let this swindler try and rip you off! Beware!

Their pricing is over double the price of the area. 2nd/3rd quotes were similar to each other but Champion was double and included my member discount. They did not suggest similar repairs nor give me a cost breakdown for the over $20k system they were selling me. The repairs they suggested were half of my issue and I may have called them out pretty quick. I did call back to talk to a rep for an explanation of the quote but no return call. Very disappointed. At minimum, get more quotes, even for the smallest repair and you'll see what I mean.
Office was responsive. Techs were within their time windows and presented well but the overall value is poor. Trane systems are reliable but are not that expensive.
The installation went very smoothly! It gave us a great sense of confidence that the installation was done correctly and they had a senior member of the company come by and inspect the work before the installation crew left. All the employees were very polite, and professional. The system is a TRANE, and it has a very good warranty.
