Everyone called ahead & arrived when expected, very helpful & professional. A technician came out the same day, and our new indoor and outdoor units were installed the next morning! We also have a new wifi thermostat! Very satisfied with the service, financing, and warranty / maintenance plans.

Called Jason to get a portable AC to borrow and he was able to meet me at the house quickly. Guys who installed were very thorough, polite, and professional. Would highly recommend Champion AC !!!

Great customer service! Team was so courteous and professional. They patiently explained everything to me (and I asked a lot of questions). Ensured job site was cleaned after installation. Before they even arrived, I received texts with the photo of the lead installer with a short video telling about them. So you answer the door knowing a little about the guy. Highly recommend Champion AC to anyone looking for AC repair, service or complete AC replacement (like I did). The 10 year parts, labor and compressor warranty was the icing on the cake. Love my new Trane system!

I called Champion AC to come service my AC unit that was blowing hot air this summer. They were quick to schedule a technician to come out and help. I got a call from Deron Hock when he was on his way and immediately was able to diagnose and provide a solution. He was very professional and friendly. I will definitely request Deron to return if I ever have AC problems in the future.

I have had a plethora of issues concerning my HVAC. Champion has been incredibly professional and understanding. I have been stressed over my system for ages. We recently replaced the whole system in January. With the big Texas heat, it wasn’t working up to par. The team has been good about communicating and making an effort to help figure out the issue. It is a work in progress but they are still working hard to make it right. Far better service than previous vendors I have used.

First off, before the technician even look at my ac system to diagnose the problem, he was already telling me he suggests an entirely new system because mine was 9 years old and normally only last 10-12 years.
When I ask them to check if my system was still warrantied they came back and said it was not (a different AC company has made the repair with the parts under warranty).
Three different technicians all tried selling me on a new AC system and then finally sent someone to give me a quote. When he arrived the first thing out his mouth (after hello) was, will you be financing with us today. He went on to give me a $35,000 quote for a new system.
I called a trusted AC friend and he said he could do it for $15,000 with a name brand unit comparable to what I was quoted. But first he wanted to look at the system. He has fixed my ac system with warrantied parts for $1,650. AC Champion was trying to sell me a $35,000 system for a $1,650 fix. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Run away from this company! They are out to scam the public. Maybe because they could tell I had kids and would just pay to get a cool house. Run Run Run

James Braziel performed my AC checkup today. He was fast and efficient. Brought an issue to mind but checked to see I had a warranty, so no charge. He is very nice and informative. He has come out before and I really appreciate his professionalism.
