Cabana Air conditioning is not reliable. We scheduled a maintenance for our HVAC unit. We were given a window between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. We didn’t get a confirmation that day so I called them at 11:30 to see if they were still on the way. A lady told me that she was gonna call the technician and call me right back. No one called me back. I called again at 12:00 and was given the runaround once again. I finally got a call back at 12:30 and was told by the technition that it would be another hour and a half before they would get there. No thank you! I had another appointment and expected prompt service or at least an apology for not keeping the appointment time.
