My HVAC system was installed by Bravo. It has worked flawlessly for years and can maintain 69 degrees in the heat of a summer afternoon. Had a hiccup this weekend when my thermostat decided to stop functioning. I called Bravo and the owner himself came out same-day on a Sunday afternoon. He efficiently troubleshot the system and identified the problem in well under an hour. He even left a jumper so we could bypass the thermostat until I was able to buy a new one. I cannot recommend Bravo enough. Professional, prompt, efficient, with fair pricing. Consider them for your HVAC needs. They have earned this customer's loyalty.

The technician came to check out a leak in the AC unit. He detected the problem quickly and discussed options about fixing it without trying to push me into buying a whole new system.

Jorge was my technician. He came over very quickly and was such a big help. I am a first time home owner and did not want to damage any components to my hot water heater, so I gave him a call for help. He explained my water heater system in detail and showed me the exact procedures to relight and diagnose problems in the future. His help took quite a bit of stress off my back. Bravo is a customer service breath of fresh air! Communicative, give great options and do what they say they are going to do. They aren’t the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for! I’ll take good work for a little more over cheap callbacks any day!

Maybe it was just my situation, but I saw that this company had a 5 star review, so I was expecting great quality service. Unfortunately I did not receive that, I was told that the guy would be there between 10 and 12 or so I made sure I was home during that time and they called me and said it would be closer to 12. So 1245 rolls around I reach out to them to see where they’re at they tell me it’s gonna be an additional 40 minutes to an hour wait got a call 30 minutes after that saying they’re 15 minutes away I said OK then he called me back and said hey we’re actually about 40 minutes away so I just went with another company. It was very frustrating and annoying situation.

We got 3 other quotes beside Bravo AC and Heating and he was the only one that was honest and transparent with his products and service. We highly recommend this company.

I paid for Bravo Services. Jorge Ibarra. That is your man!! He came a analize everything fixed quick, gave me hints of maintannace for future and treated me like a king. Super respectufull and he brought equipment that looked like a navigation control (i never seen something like this) with a hoses like a artificial intenligence octopus. Anyway i am happy and a will call them again✅✅✅✅✅5 START Service.
