Old school tradesmen who don’t try to upsell expensive repairs or additional work you don’t need. They diagnose the problem and fix the problem quickly, efficiently, and charge fair prices. My technician Pablo was honest and transparent. He educated me during the process and went above and beyond doing extra work for which he didn’t charge simply because he likes doing it right. These days it’s refreshing to see that. Trust me, I’ve dealt with enough companies that pay their employees commissions to treat a service call as an opportunity to find additional revenue whether the customer really needs it or not. Maybe I’m just getting old but I remember a time when there were a lot more companies like Bravo. I miss those days. I will never call any other company for heating and A/C work and I’m telling all my friends. I commend the owner, Jorge, with whom I’ve never communicated, for creating a culture of honest service and providing employment to people like Pablo who have integrity. Maybe it’s because Jorge is a Veteran and so is Pablo. I like that too. A big “Bravo!” to Bravo Heating and Air Conditioning.

I was a listing agent for a home that was under contract. We went under contract over the holidays so it made it extremely difficult to get ahold of any companies that could come out and do our repairs from the repair amendment. Bravo AC was one of the best companies we worked with during this time. We had a VERY tight timeline, and even though they were super busy, they made the time to fit us in and made all repairs needed. I can’t thank this company enough! 10/10 from me and my seller!

Back story: My Compressor unit was continuously having issues a few months after my family moved into my house. After multiple repair men recommended by my home warranty company I was told that my system had extensive rust damage and was even shown where and how bad the Freon leak was. I received multiple quotes for builder grade equipment, and I was even quoted a system that was no better than the system installed. Upon further research I called Bravo.

About Bravo:Once the appointment was set I was skeptical from the start before I even met the Bravo employee sent to my house to assess my system. Once Alex showed up, I was greeted by a well dressed, well mannered and respectful man who asked me questions I had no idea pertained to my system. After showing him my entire system Alex showed me that before coming, he had done the research to see the BTU load my house required. He brought out his own computer to prove it as well as quote me any system that I asked about. He also informed me about how much they appreciate veterans business, as myself and my wife are both military veterans. Of course I informed him I would need to get additional quotes to make sure I get what I want.

I’m the coming days, I had multiple questions and adjustments at odd hours of the night and was greeted by nothing but appreciation and respect. But the seller for me? Alex was the only rep that did research on my house before he met me. The only one to take the time to make me feel like my business mattered. I requested quotes from 4 of the top rated AC replacement companies in my area and not one but Alex came as prepared or offered me as good a deal.

In conclusion, Bravo was the best decision I have ever made on an AC company. The professionalism, knowledge, and workmanship were bar none unmatched. Would recommend to anyone. They may be a little more than your average AC company, but you’ll never have to worry about it again once the work is done.

We just purchased our home last year and thought we had a little more time before our ac units went out. We didn’t. Both units were shot. Bravo was actually the first company we called, Jorge came out and told us what needed to be done. After checking out a few others we came back to them. Alex worked with us and gave us a great price for both units. Jorge was was extremely professional and punctual. He and his crew did such quality work: removing the old, rusty, moldy systems, installing the new ones, and doing some extra duct work in a room above the garage. They also installed the Remy Halo UV purifier to eliminate bacteria and viruses in the air and on surfaces. So glad to have this now. We are enjoying a cool house and breathing in clean air. Bravo! Call them, they’ll get it done.

Bravo Heating & Air installed a brand new a/c unit for us in 2018 and the experience was great! They were professional, walked us through the process, and very prompt with their service and visits. We recently had a call from our residents living in that same house and Bravo Heating & Air took our call on a Sunday & had a technician out within 2 hours. Not only were they prompt, they sent texts and email receipts of our scheduled service, updates and receipts. I also texted with Jorge and he gave me a play-by-play on the issue, the means to correct that issue, and what to do in the future in case anything happens. I'm super impressed with how involved they keep their customers and would use them any time in the future!

We’ve used Bravo for years! They take care of all our needs for our home, our rental properties, even at my business location! Always polite, prompt, and fair! I’ve never before had a company give us a price range quote, find other issues, and still come in within the quoted price! Honest company and a real pleasure to work with.

We had another company come out and look at system and needed a fuse replaced in our unit. After looking at our system, they tried to scare us into $6000 worth of work. We called Bravo and Jorge came out to give us a second opinion. He spent an hour going through our system, and only found a valve that needed to be tightened. He gave us some options if we wanted to upgrade our system. We felt so much better and felt like we were being treated fairly and that he was very honest with us. I would highly recommend them for any future work.

Jorge was a professional, through and through. He installed a brand new unit for a super competitive price 9 months ago.

Definitely check with Bravo before taking any bid. Not only did Jorge give me great information, he beat the best estimate I received from any of the big companies. Bravo will work for your business, unlike some of the larger companies, who deal in volume.

Update: When the first hot day this summer hit, I needed the Freon level adjusted. It was cold again within 4 hours.
