Israel Morales helped my family and i from the begging of the estimate to the end of the installation. He has been great help great customer service, always available to assist with all the questions we had. Even after hrs late at night Israel wad there to answer our calls and assist us with learning how to work the new thermostat. Israel was very patient with my parents helping and explaining all the paper work and the installation process. I highly recommend this company thank you Israel for all your great help.

HEB allowed Air Rey to solicit inside the store, and HEB does a great job researching vendors, so I allowed them to come to my home for an estimate. It's been over a month after the install and I am still delighted with the work and AC.
They came on a Saturday and did not leave until the installation was completed. With Alan Macias, you are in good hands.

I had a AC nightmare in Texas mid August. That should tell you, my house was literally hot as hell!!

So I have high ceilings and 2 HAVCs 1 for upstairs one for down stairs. The up stairs went off, not only that, it started leaking to the first floor. Thankfully I used Air Rey!

They came in super quick and the guy was super chill. Usually most companies hype it up telling you all the bad things and inflate the cost. Not them. SHORT to the point. Came in fixed the HAVC my ceiling. What I thought it was a nightmare Air Rey made it go away.

They do not answer their phones and we have had a lot of issues with their AC system. Recently the AC unit leaked water all over our ceiling and now we will probably have to replace it all.

Update: 07/23/2021 AC system leaking again. Once again our ceiling has flooded. I keep getting the run around. I cannot get someone to actually help.

Update: 07/29/2021 Noticed it was hot shortly before 7:00AM and that the air was not cool. Took over an hour to speak to someone who could help. They showed up at noon and replaced a part they said had gone out. 3 hours later still above 80 inside the house. Contacted them again. They told me to turn off the AC system for 20-30 minutes so that it could restart. Did as told, still hot after 2 hours. Contacted them again, they supposedly were going to send someone, never came and then was told they wouldn't be able to make it so now we're going to spend the night in the heat. Worst service possible.
