Our HVAC unit had frozen as a result of the cold weather and icy rain and was running on emergency heat. It would not come on in normal operating mode. Air & Plumbing Today were very responsive and sent someone round within just a few hours of contacting them. Frank was able to restart our system. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We will definitely be using their services again.

My AC went out over night Air today was out the very next day! Tony D was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and the best solutions to proceed. I felt heard and not taken advantage of. I will use them again. My house hasn’t felt this cold in a while. Thank you Tony D and Air Today!

Air and Plumbing Today was phenomenal through and through. From our late night call to completion of the work to replace our water heater. Our techs let us know what was happening every step of the way and answered all of questions. We appreciate Orlando and his partner for getting us taken care of quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future, should the need arises.

I have used this company for a few years for my air conditioning installation and maintenance. The customer service is amazing. I called in service and a technician was out to my house within an hour. The tech went above and beyond to show me the issues with my AC and said he was able to fix it really quick because he had the parts in the car already. One of the quickest service I have ever experienced from any company. 100% recommend!

Very knowledgeable and taught me a few things about my a/c units. My units is working better and gave me recommendations of things to consider, great pricing, Frank was respectful and excellent customer service. They are used widely in my neighborhood.

Our A/C broke last September and this company came out and repaired it. It started acting up again and our home warranty assigned us another company to come look at it. They didn't check anything they just said they already knew we needed a new coil. We called Air Today in hopes they would warranty their work from last time(which they did). They were able to get us an appointment on Monday (we called on a Friday). Robert was very professional and knowledgeable when he came to repair my A/C unit. He explained things in a way that I understood and answered all my questions. I like that he was very thorough in finding the issue and updated me on everything he was doing. I highly recommend them, and wish they worked with our home warranty company. I would rather pay out of pocket and use Air Today than go through the company the home warranty sent to us. Air today gets 5 stars from me!!

Brian analyzed the matter so quickly. He then went right to work and discovered the fix. It was a fast response to my midmorning call for assistance and it was a quick resolution. On top of that, he was very professional and affable.

I chose Air & Plumbing Today based off great Google reviews and their ability to come out the same day when another company I called (one that does on-TV advertising) was booked out for two days. Having no AC in a June heatwave is not something that can wait a couple of days! A&P Today was professional from beginning to end. I got an evening appointment, which was nice to not have to take off work. They quickly identified the problem (a dead capicitor) and were in and out in an hour. Jack, the service technician, was friendly and kind and took time to show me a few maintenance things we could perform ourselves that I wasn’t familiar with. I’ll definitely use them again.

Air and Plumbing Today came out last week due to our sink not draining. Chris was friendly and professional. He quickly found our issue which turned out to be roots in our plumbing. We’ve used Air and Plumbing Today several times and they always been fast to respond, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and they stand by their work. We will continue to call on them and recommend them to friends and family.
