They were very professional, on time and did a fantastic job in less time than they had estimated. They also clean up after themselves and do a great job! I would recommend them to anybody who needs AC work or ductwork!

I had a bad experience. I was never given a witten estimate before the technician started work. I had asked them what their charges were when I called in and he said 'not much" so I figured I would be treated fairly since they were recommended on a neighbor hood website. I was wrong. I was charged almost $500.00 for install of a $6.00 and $20.00 parts that took less than an hour to install AND even a trip charge. I feel like I was grossly taken advantage of and after I called in to complain I was berated and yelled out by some guy named Mike. Another employee called me back after Mike's hysterical rant, promised a credit and not only didn't give the credit but did not call back. They know how to rip you off when they see your house is 89 degrees . Stay away.
