I have been working with Aces for over 12 years now. I have always enjoyed the relationship I have built with the my TM. They are knowledgeable and respond quickly to my need. Both Tim Dehn and Vince Hine are easy to work with. Having one number to a direct contact is so much easier and quicker then having to call a pool of individuals and hope you get the 'good' one. I don't have to wait for days to get the info I need to take care of my customers. Highly recommend developing an account with Aces.

The company USE to be top notch. Not so much anymore. All I can say is triple check your order, but even if it's right there's a good chance they forgot to program a motor or have the wrong motor in a properly labeled and taped box.
