Charged 275 for a capacitor replacement. Said the part was 150, and that he charges 100 an hour. The part is almost certainly not 150, the replacement took minutes, said the diagnosis was factored in. Felt like I was taken advantage of because it was hot and the house was my grandfather's who is on Hospice care. I felt like 200 was fair because they responded quickly and were working in the sun for about an hour all together. But 275 was nothing but a price gauge and I did not know any better until I looked up the equipment myself and found they go for 40-80 dollars. I don't like to haggle blue collar workers and have genuine respect for the trade but this was them playing into my ignorance and trust for their business. Well never again.

This is the most professional business I have come across!, they are the nicest people ever. And very knowledgeable and Hard working. In my opinion the best in the business!
