The service was great! I would use this company again anytime. It did cost a little more than I thought, but then again, I couldn't fix the problem myself and needed an expert to fix it. You get what you pay for and I feel like I got a fair deal and my issue is now fixed.

Very prompt and professional from estimate to close-out! Stuck to the estimate, and Jeff and his team were quick to repair our slab leak/sewer drain pipe issue. Super knowledgeable, courteous, and they get the job done correctly the first time.

Jeffrey and his coworker were swift and punctual. I can tell they are very knowledgeable about their craft! 10/10 recommend :) will use them again in the future!

Called to get an idea of a price (for a corroded pipe under the sink) and the person on the phone was quick to try to schedule an appointment but didn't want to talk about cost. I asked for a rough estimate,with the understanding that things could absolutely change upon seeing the extent of the repair necessary, and the hourly rate alone was awful, plus the cost of supplies. I said I wanted to shop around before scheduling the appointment and the person on the line got extremely rude, short and snappy. That alone made me not want to call them back. I made one phone call to a local plumber and not only had the work DONE literally within an hour and half of my call to him, but it cost me $60 less than Black Plumbing's hourly rate alone! Work on your customer service skills, then think about being more competitive in pricing. I refuse to use this company!! Rude, disrespectful and overpriced!

Clayton M. is a top notch guy and plumber. I've had dealings with him before. Not one negative thing to say concerning him, his work, or the company! He is the guy for any job, and I assure you that you will be pleased with the whole "unpleasant plumbing issue" after he's been there!
