This is the second time weve used Black plumbing and they have definitely earned themselves a customer for life! We had an unexpected plumbing issues tonight and they were quick and efficient. These guys are awesome! The technician arrived quickly and assessed our problem and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was very friendly and informative! We love that Black plumbing offers emergency plumbing services for those unforseen and unexpected plumbing issues! We are so thankful and appreciative of Black plumbing!!

I had a real nasty leak that required opening the walls up. They kept things tidy and mad eit easy for me to patch up and also sent a well documented invoice, complete with pictures.

Clayton was so kind and helpful, even though it was eight in the evening and I am certain he had been off of work for only a couple of hours. I am sure the last thing he wanted was a call having to go back to work. He had a great attitude, found and fixed the leak quickly and communicated issues that might arise because of the leaking water. Clayton did everything possible to make a bad situation better. I am new to town and I used four different plumbers before I found out about Black Plumbing. I will definitely call them with all of my plumbing issues.

Jeffrey was wonderful! He installed my decorative outdoor faucets and they look gorgeous! Though the faucets were a little out of the norm he knew exactly what to do and the work was done quickly! Jeffrey came four days before our scheduled time! I couldn’t
be happier!

The two youn men were very nice and answered questions that I asked. I think they did a great job .

Each time the Black Plumbing team has visited, they have done amazing. ✔ I've had a few encounters with the same techs and they have all been professional, experienced and committed to resolving my issues. Clayton and his two techs today (I forgot one of their names), Bob, Santos and Jeffrey previously are all excellent service technicians. Would highly recommend and will always call Black Plumbing!

I have had to call Black out twice in the last month for 2 different jobs. They have been honest, polite, and professional. The quality of work was very good and they also work quickly.

Black plumbing sent two gentlemen to my house just 4 hours after my call to schedule an appointment.
They listened to my concerns, answered questions, and got to work. My shower us back to draining well so far, I am very pleased.

Had problems with toilet leaking. The gentlemen that came out did a wonderful job repairing the problem. We decided to have a new toilet put in so they picked one up for us and put the new one in. The gentlemen were very professional and kind. Will recommend to others about how professionals they are and what a great job they did.
