My parents unit had stopped cooling overnight. Gave Cool Casa a call and they were at their house by that afternoon! Very professional, honest and reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend and save their number for future AC services.

Cool casa came out and identified a potential hazardous issue and our family couldn't be more appreciative!! We knew the AC system was close to the end of its life but didn't realize the health issues it could of caused. They were VERY informative and professional. During the whole replacement process they very transparent. They took the time to show me exactly where the failure was after removal. The crew was on time and even finished early. Our heating was out during the recent cold weather. Clint was quick to respond and asked what the issue was. I told him and he had me try a couple of things which fixed it temporarily. He put me on the schedule for a couple of days later in cas it went out again. It did, and he had a tech round at our original appointed time.
Fixed it at a reasonable price, I will happily use them as my regular hvac cimpany based on this experience
