Update for Spring 2023: Another great service by Cool Casa. For the checkup I had in the fall and today again I had Cesar. He is a delight to have for service: very polite, personable, and knowledgeable. The team is the reason I keep coming back and highly recommend the service plan. No high pressure repairs sales, and great people.

Great first time experience. Stan was super friendly and explained everything he was looking at or testing on our system plus a ton of detail overall about how it worked.

Stan as usual did a fantastic job. Also, he was very professional, thorough, punctual, polite and explained the installation of our new 20x20x4 furnace filter & questions we had about our UV light. We couldn't be happier with Stan & Cool Casa!

I have so many good words about this company and the owner. They came to the rescue in the hottest months last summer.
We had hired an HVAC company following recommendations from our Property management company in Dallas and had multiple issues during the A/C replacement and ducts installation process. In the middle of the heat wave the new system didn't function. Cool Casa inspector was dispatched within two days to give us a second opinion. He found tons of errors made by the original installer and emailed a detailed and comprehensive report with pictures and recommendations.
Way to go, Cool Casa! The knowledge and customer service is impeccable.

Our service was spectacular. The service tech, Stan, took the time to explain everything to me and really helped me understand our system. We are new homeowners and this is our first time going through a spring checkup so the information was super helpful. We also joined the Cool Care Club because the benefits are amazing! Got a referral for them, they were able to come out same day to replace capacitor. Cesar was friendly and was able to check the AC and get it back running in no time. Great company. Highly recommend!
