Each time I have called, these guys were right at my home to check my a/c and heating. They are very professional. I love doing business with this company. They ask if i have any questions about their service. They are ready to answer any question. They all are just super and do a great job. Would highly reccomend their service to everyone. This team was unbelievably professional and ethical. That’s a difficult find these days as I’ve lived in Plano for 40 years and I’m very picky about who I’ve used in the past. They were incredibly friendly and explained every thing in perfect detail in layman‘s terms! I would use them again and again and again without hesitation. They weren’t just doing a service repair, they genuinely cared which is a rare find. And to top it off they gave me a candle as a parting gift! What a clever idea and it absolutely represents them going the extra mile from a customer service and experience perspective! Don’t hesitate to call these folks for AC or any heating needs. Mine were heating but they cleaned out my air conditioner and prepped it for summer while they were also working on the heating which was fabulous. Ready for the Texas summer!

My outside unit had been out for about a week and I was getting the run around from my home warranty assigned contractor. I was told to find a new AC guy so I did, after calling several vendors (none of which wanted to work on home warranty stuff) I found one that knew a guy, Bruce...

Long story short, the home warranty company denied my claim, but Bruce took care of me anyway, gave me plenty of options to deal with it and made it much more affordable then just being left high and dry with a huge bill.

He showed up when he said he would, he was respectful and courteous beyond expectations and knew his business better than anyone who has ever worked on my AC units. I would recommend him to anyone needing anything done with your home AC systems and I will not use anyone else again!

I have used advanced Texas Air Conditioning three time in the past three years. They seem to be good folks and their prices seems to be fair also. The last job was when I called them on a hot Saturday afternoon at 7:27pm. I caught Bruce, the business owner, at a family gathering. Rather than setting me up for a next day appointment, he spent about 15 minutes explaining the possible causes of my AC not cooling. It turned out my frozen coil was due to restricted air flow caused by a dirty air filter. I changed the air filter and no service appointment was needed.
The reason I’ve posted this review is because I’m truly touched by his integrity.

Love their maintenance program which is is saying a lot since I hate and refuse most maintenance plans! Great, friendly, knowledgeable technicians and good pricing. Their new systems this year are very expensive so I wasn't happy with that, but they seem to be in line with most other companies right now. I'm just glad my old one is still running. I told them to plz keep it moving in that direction!

They,did a great job. Very professional and courteous. I have never had better service. They left everything very clean.

I really enjoyed working with the Bruce at Advanced. He was very knowledgeable, gave me several pricing options, was not pushy, delivered on what he promised. Great communication through the whole process. I highly recommend their services.

I searched around for days for a good company to replace my system and found Advanced Texas Air. Bruce presented me with several options and great pricing. Even offered zero percent financing which I didn't need at this time but good to know if I ever need in the future. Him and his guys Mike, Chris knocked it out and had my system going by the evening. I would recommend this company to anyone I know. My mother n law is getting her system replaced next week. Thank you guys for great and honest service!

My friend referred me to Bruce. I called him and 45min ltr, he showed up at my door, very nice guy. I showed him where the A/C was. Less than 30min everything went back to normal, the A/C is working now perfectly. I will recommend Advanced Texas A/C to every one. Very nice people an very professional. Edit: This review shows I have used Bruce.. A lot. Nothing to do with his skill, I just had malfunctions in 4 systems spread across two houses. That is more a review of the original equipment manufacturers. Bruce is great and I have had zero problems with his service. So read the great review of Bruce, he deserves every bit of it. He must be deserving of a great review if you read my reviews of other places, you should get a belly laugh out of my latest review of a Holiday Inn Express in Arkansas.

Can't say enough great things about Bruce. First, and most importantly, he is honest. I had done my research and knew the problem. I saw the costs involved to swap out a blower motor and was hoping I didn't have the variable speed motor that costs $1500 to repair.
I had the variable speed motor.
Bruce found a cheaper, new replacement motor, which cut the cost in half.
This was my second time using Bruce. My repairs were done in under 12 hours! This time I called on a Friday at 6pm, work done the next morning. Only took that long because Bruce had to get the part, but the parts store was closed.

Update
I had to call Bruce again. Got a text from my neighbor saying my a.c. was making a loud noise that was not normal. Arrived at my house to find that some jackass broke into my garage while I was gone for a few days. They tried to steal the a.c. unit outside, but I wish they were. The burglars bent and twisted the copper lines, causing everything to overheat and burn up. I had to pay for a whole new system.
Again Bruce was prompt to arrive. The new unit was installed quickly and correctly. Again Bruce found a way to save me money on the new unit.
So, from a tune up to a new system, call Bruce at Advanced Texas Air Conditioning!
