Crows was very responsive when I called. My AC quit working a few days back and I tried to troubleshoot myself. I explained to them all I did and they empathize with me and sent 2 techs to my home within a few hours. Tommy & Conner were professional and knowledgeable. They explained to me the issue and replaced my control board the same day. Excellent service and incredibly friendly. Thank you guys for making sure my family and I sleep better tonight with AC!

Ruben called ahead and arrived on time. Very professional attitude, told me what work would be done and got to it. Would definitely have Ruben back for any other plumbing needs.
Also the lady who took my call (sorry forgot name) was excellent in her communications and in preparing my repair time.

Josh checked our plumbing system top to bottom and resolved our issue. He did an outstanding job and was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Both Josh and Tory the service manager were great and answered questions we had on an upcoming remodel. We’ve used Crow’s Plumbing before to replace two water heaters and a PRV valve. Every project we’ve done with them has been great. My wife and I recommend their company, team and workmanship highly.

The receptionist on the phone was very friendly. They were able to send someone out the next morning for a $39 dispatch fee (waived if you use their service). In the morning, they sent a text with a picture of the technician’s smiling face to let me know someone was on the way. The technician, Brock, also called as he was leaving the office. Brock was very professional and clearly knew his trade. Moreover, he was happy to answer my many questions. By 2pm, I had a new, working tank-type water heater. Oh, and their price was better than the competition I’d been considering.

I hired Crows Plumbing to replace several sections of PVC pipe along with two Jandy valves for my pool plumbing. Overall, I am satisfied with the work; however I could not give 5 stars because my wishes were disregarded. I'd asked for significant sections of pipe be plumbed above and below the valves in a manner that would facilitate enough room for an added coupler in the event of future PVC pipe repairs. Gus, the young man they sent out did an amazing job with gluing the pieces together (no leaks!) But he did not respect my expressed wishes to have the third valve (from the right) line up with the others. The far left valve was always higher than the others, but I'd asked him to re-center it between the elbow and the T so as to have a have a decent length of pipe above and below the Jandy valve. Should future sections of pipe need to be replaced in that area, I will be forced to buy a new valve as well because he left me no room above the valve to add a coupler. Although I clearly communicated this to him, he went ahead and installed them in a manner that was quickest/easiest to accomplish. My plumbing is functional but aesthetically displeasing to me. Further, I am not confident that he actually vacuumed out the pipes to clear any debris before closing up the system. Two of my return jets are now completely clogged! I'm thankful he got my system up and running again, but I did not receive the full value I'd expected considering the large price I paid for this service.

Brock and the young man who assisted him did an excellent job installing our water heater. I really appreciated that we were kept informed of the arrival time.

Great experience! Water pipe compromised, caused damage to my home, not an easy thing to deal with. The team of plumbers were soooo nice and understanding; they listened to my concerns; they were careful and kind with my dog; informed me of the process and took time to explain the repairs. The work performed was done with care and I am confident in the job. Highest praise for professionalism, responsiveness, quality and respectfulness. Thank You!

The technician was able to identify the root cause once the previous owner hinted on how the problem could be reproduced. The technician provided multiple options to chose and help explain pros and cons. They completed the work on time. They were friendly and courteous.

Tim was very professional and courteous. He explained every issue he found in detail & asked for any questions on the work he performed. Drain is no longer clogged or backing up. Very happy with this service.
