Cool Kids Air Conditioning and Heating

JJ, the owner of Cool Kids AC, came highly recommended on our neighborhood website. I typically assume the worst when it comes to service companies nowadays but others had nothing but good things to say about him so I figured we give him a shot. Glad I did!

I got ahold of JJ late afternoon on a Saturday with the hopes that he would be able to fix our AC at least within the next couple of days. Well, he actually showed up just a few hours after I called him. That was amazing! It was 90° that night. When he got here, he not only fixed what was wrong, but he educated us on certain parts of the AC system and did some preventative maintenance at a very reasonable price. I don’t typically give reviews unless the service was far more than I expected… This is one of those times. Just wanted to give “Cool Kids” A huge thumbs up and let everyone else know that they are definitely on their game. I wouldn’t use anyone else at this point. Thanks JJ!

If 6 stars was an option, I would have given it to Cool Kids A/C & Heat. I contacted JJ about having a plenum repaired and that sometimes there was a very a faint gas smell when the heater first kicked on. JJ got me on the schedule and they rocked out the project quickly and really took care of me. They did a great job.

Scenario: 100 outside and just finishing up dinner…. The HVAC stopped cooling and it’s feeling warmer and warmer in the house. I didn’t sweat… I just called CoolKids! All kidding aside, they showed up within 20 minutes and got me cool again!! I can’t recommend them enough. Fast, professional, friendly, and great problem solvers.

Can’t thank JJ and the team over at cool kids enough. They came through when we we’re in a bad spot. Gave us options and we we’re able to get a bigger unit and at a cheaper cost than other competitors. JJ was out of town during install, but called and made sure everything was perfect. Incredible service!

My AC went out on new year day and Cool kids AC & Heat was out within a few hours and had us up and running in an hour. JJ was super professional and really fast to diagnose and fix the issue. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Excellent service and patient when answering all my questions. Went out of his way to explain everything and I’m so thankful to now know a local expert. I highly recommend Cool Kids for any AC/heating repair - big or small. You can tell he takes pride in making customers happy and in his work. Temp was in the 90s outside when the AC broke and he rearranged his whole schedule to get to us as quickly as possible. Awesome company.
