I highly recommend Cool Kids AC & Heat. My 23 year old system went out during the recent cold snap and I had no heat. I called Cool Kids and they came right away and we’re honest, fair, caring and informative, explaining my options and why. I was very impressed by the quick service. I call Cool Kids at around 7pm and they arrived quickly to get my unit working. During the visit, I was describing some long-standing issues I had with my AC. Of the 4 different companies I have had look at my unit over the past 5 years, JJ is the only one who noticed that my compressor wasn't hooked up properly. It's honestly made a huge difference in how my house cools. Thanks!

Cool kids AC and Heating replaced my old air conditioning with new carrier for upstairs and downstairs units. They did a great job up in the Attic and outside and installed new Nest thermostat at the end. The guys were professional and cleaned up after the job. Our AC stopped working at 4:00 PM on a Friday of a holiday weekend. Called Cool Guys they were out within an hour and it only took t them 20 minutes to diagnose and repair our system. We really appreciate the fact they they came out so fast and had it completed just as fast. Great service and really appreciate the professionalism. Saved our weekend for sure!! That Texas heat increases fast in a house with no AC!

We contacted Cool Kids Air Conditioning & Heating this morning because our HVAC was not heating to the desired temperature. We recently replaced our old thermostat with an Ecobee thermostat. We contacted several companies to have our thermostat & HVAC serviced, but we could not get an appointment until Tuesday. We found Cool Kids online and they had excellent reviews (5-star) so we decided to contact them in hopes they could come out to service our thermostat & HVAC. JJ contacted me immediately and set up an appointment for today. JJ was professional, knowledgeable and very down to earth. JJ answered every question I had about our thermostat and HVAC system. We have found the company that will service our HVAC system as long as we live in our home. All the ratings/reviews were all true and we would like to add our review to their site and highly recommend Cool Kids Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone seeking a great quality company.

JJ is a solid dude! Answered on a Sunday and came out immediately after another company blamed the issue on our security system. JJ diagnosed the actual issue and had it back running in 10 minutes. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of an AC or heating company!
