You had two gentleman come out to do warranty work on out water heater today. These unprofessional individuals did NOT tell us the final cost or even estimate on what it would cost to do the work. Our home is 3 years old. We were told that the work is warranted and still under warranty. We were just hit with an invoice of $189.00?
I expect an explanation of what these charges are for, and why they were not explained ahead of time before the job was completed.
Never will we recommend this company to anyone!

This company has had to come to my house several times in a year and a half timeframe on my new build home. I feel like they are braking my system on purpose. They didn’t even make 3 of the claims for parts to the manufacturer when I still have WARRANTY! They just charged me. This is an overcharging company. The staff is rude. The managers don’t even call you back when you ask to speak to one. The lady in the main office, rips you off.

Liars and thieves, run away from these people and make sure no one you know or love uses them.
They were hired 2022 to do routine maintenance on the AC system. Two technicians showed up end of day and did a rushed job. They both agreed it looked great and should be fine for the summer. Just go ahead and call them back for winter maintenance later in the year.

2 months later in the hot summer of 100 deg + the system stops working. They come back out for another fee (tried to charge additional to finish the diagnosis but when I protested they said they would do it as part of the call out fee) at the end of their visit they claim the system is leaking, specifically the evaporator coil on the inside unit. On site the tech said it would be around $2500 to repair. Next morning another representative from the office calls and says it'll be over $4000.
I call competitors to see if this is right and am fortunate to find a competitor that could come out the next day for a second opinion. Turns out the evaporator coil was dirty, no leaks. Christianson didn't even clean the outside unit, which is basic AC maintenance. The fix was practically the same price I'd already paid Christianson for their "maintenance". This can't even be considered a mistake by Christianson as AC systems are closed, so there is either a leak or there is no leak. And confirming the location they stated there was tons of coolant leaking from the evaporator coil. Well there was non. Lies and deception for an overcharged repair they manufactured from their fake maintenance. This is about as low as an AC company can get, and they do plumbing. Stay away, they wont even answer back my messages to see if they'll refund the cost to make it right, or have an explanation of any kind besides fraud.

We bought a brand new house in 2019 so the HVAC system installed by Christianson AC is not very old. The system is under warranty as far as most parts but labor is not. We had them come out to find out why our house is not heating. The technician came out, said he did a temporary fix but had to order the part and charged us $95. We were called a couple of days later to see if we wanted to have them order the part and install it. We said yes. The part came in a few days later and scheduled him to come out to replace it. After spending about 10 minutes installing it and $200 later he said he was done. That night we still had no heat. Same issues with the furnace. So for starters, I do not believe their technicians should not be trusted to troubleshoot or service their systems. We also called Kurt to discuss the issue early in the day after leaving him a voice mail and he does not feel it is important to return calls which matches up with poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

A/C unit was having persistent issues this summer starting in July. Christianson was the 3rd HVAC company to come out and the first to… A. Actually resolve the issue and get our house back to feeling normal during this ridiculously hot summer. B. Explain everything from addressing my initial concerns and questions, what one of the previous companies did wrong, what the issues were, and what they had to do to fix it.

Chad did an excellent job with all of the above and Jordan was a huge help. A thank you to Kurt for the initial call and conversation.

Great work. Problem solved. Cheaper than expected! Handle warranty without a problem.

We worked with Rich and Trey. Guys were fantastic, came in found the problem, repaired it all with all the due dilligence, positivity and a jolly attitude. The issue was major but they were through and were masters of their trade.

The person on the phone was totally rude.Right away wanted more money from a job they did for us 6 years ago.And did not try at all to help me in any way.All she kept saying was its going to cost more no matter what.I was willing to pay whatever regardless but with how rude this woman was I didn't even think twice. She literally lost business and money for their company. I really hope corporate reads these

My AC is not working in this Texas heat & this company does not know when can they fix the issue. I told that it is an EMERGENCY in this weather. My kids are suffering because of this & the person on call said they CAN NOT do anything. This is not acceptable. What is the point of warranty? Why bother keeping a phone line/voice mail box when the person on the other side say that they CAN NOT help the customer. I wish I could give negative stars to Christianson. I was not answered back even in business hours. WORST!!

Christianson installed the AC unit in our two year old home. We’ve had multiple issues with it not heating/cooling the bedrooms properly. Each time, they told us that it’s normal for our unit not to heat/cool the bedrooms, and to use emergency heat setting in winter. Today, our two year old motor died due to the unit being too small for our home. I called them and they told me 80 degrees in the home is not bad, and normal for such a hot day. I said that it had been 80 all morning, even when it was not hot out. She said that it may be our air filters, but if I insisted, they could come look at it four days from now. I said that it is 106 out today and we have a four month old baby in the home. She told me to call someone else and hung up on me. I called someone else as suggested and the motor was replaced same day.
