We had a frustrating problem with our fridge. Elijah was assigned by our home warranty company. He was punctual, knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and professional. He ordered the parts that were needed and installed them soon after they arrived. He had to make multiple trips but was always pleasant in our interactions. Solved the problems very thoroughly. Highly recommended!

I have seriously never met or know of a more professional and responsive repair person. I am not kidding, I spent more than an hour weeding out overpriced referral services and companies that refused to quote rates, and was well worth the effort as Elijah arrived less than 4 hours after scheduling and had my dryer fixed in less than an hour, all along telling me exactly what he was investigating and what the likely next steps were. Fantastic, really. Will use again on whatever breaks next.

My dishwasher was not working I let my landlord know and within the hour I got a call from Elijah to schedule a time to come out to see what was wrong. He was very nice and knew exactly what the problem was right away. He ordered a part and as soon as it was in he called to let me know and the problem was fixed. He was fast and had Great customer service. I would recommend to anyone!

Great service! I would definitely recommend AC Repair & Elijah!! Not only was Elijah able to fit in my appointment on the same day but he fixed my dryer (replacing the heating element) in that appointment (he had the parts on his truck). Corteous & friendly!! Called when he was 25 minute away even though he had already provided a 2 hour window so I knew he was close. On time & able to diagnose & fix my dryer in about 35 minutes.

I just loved dealing with this company, it was quick and painless (unlike the average experience). I called Elijah because my Whirpool refrigerator just quit on me and I was in a bind since I had just bought a ton of meat, but he assured me he was going to fix it the same day. And what do you know... he actually came over the same day and fixed my issue, he was very polite, explained me what the problem was and just did it, I couldn't believe it! :) I usually have to wait days, reschedule, call again... and instead this company fixed my problem in 1 day and without scamming me! I wish more people were like this.
It actually came cheap for the urgency I had, I called other places and they gave me super high prices, plus of course "urgency". When I had to pay I thought he forgot to charge me for something and instead that was the price!! This is now my #1 repair company, I doubt I'll ever call anywhere else, since he told me they basically repair any type of appliance... I wonder if he'll also repair my car :P
Anyway it's been at least 2 weeks and it's still running amazingly. THANK YOU!!!!

I chose to go with AC Repair center based on Google reviews I read. And I was not disappointed in the least. Elijah was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me specifically what the issue was with my leaky refrigerator; unfortunately, there was damage caused by a previous company. Nevertheless, he took the time to make the necessary repairs. Knowledgeable, personable technician. Raised in Austin. Less than a week turnaround: parts to repair. Diagnosed electrical problems we did not know we had until he showed us the scorched circuit board. Reasonably priced with minimal labor costs. Probably one of the most valuable services was the cost to benefit of repair to re-purchase new. Brian was able to give us a realistic assessment of turnkey turnaround for a new replacement in a time when factories are just now being geared up post COVID.
