HENRY'S A/C & HEAT, LLC

So, after them coming out and fixing it once, it broke down again. They came back out to fix it again and the technician informed us he wasn’t going to charge us since we had already paid for it once which was obviously a relief. We then get an invoice for another $300 and when we called and asked about it, the supervisor told us that the technician didn’t know that he couldn’t do that and wouldn’t honor it. We then looked up the part they replaced and it’s $35 on Amazon.

My AC went out on a Friday and I called that same day and spoke with CLAY and he was very professional and they came out super fast and went thru my whole system. Come to find out the system needed to be updated and they came out the very next day and did a whole job and had me back up and running. Very easy to work with and also gave me some pointers on how to maintenance the new system. I highly recommend HENRY’S A/C & HEAT for all your HVAC needs speak to Clay!!!!!

Very professional. I had hvac systems installed in 2 houses and these guys showed up as planned and worked well around obstacles and other contractors. Excellent warranties! I will use them again!
