Needed to have the kitchen faucet replaced...remove builders grade faucet and replace. Pete arrived with his helper (Stephen) on time and completed the job in less than an hour. Both were professional and friendly. I am thankful that there are still skilled young men helping people who are older and cannot flex and crawl around the floor.

I've never used their services. I dont know how I got an email stating I got service. I just bought new ac from another company. Before that, I did not have ac for 3 years. Cant rate what I never used.

UPDATE: used them for heat repair. Dante did a fantastic job. Polite, professional and knowledgeable. I will use again.

After a horrible experience with another company (JM)…we called Howell! They came out right away…so knowledgeable and didn’t try and oversell us! We asked what he would do if it was his own home…they were honest and more than fair! Howell Services will always have our business! It’s so refreshing to find a company that you can trust and recommend to others!

What a great experience! The whole staff was great. We had a serious sewer line issue that involved digging up some pipe and fittings. I called at 8:30AM and they had us up and running by 11:15AM. AMAZING!!!!! James and his partner did an awesome job getting us fixed and our water back on. They are our go-to company for all of our plumbing needs for our home and business.

I was extremely impressed with Howell Plumbing. This was the first time we have used this company. I had a Plumbing leak over the weekend and left a message. Melissa promptly returned my call first thing Monday morning. Keith came out that afternoon. He was even able to come earlier than originally scheduled which made me very happy. He was courteous, professional, prompt and thorough. He was able to do the repair in the same trip and left the site extremely clean. Great company and great guy!

Mays master plumber was most knowledgeable and helpful for our gas line leak problem and Howell does great job. Right in time and food services

I have used Howell Services for several years at my home, business and fraternal organization's building. They are always fast, friendly and very professional. They go above and beyond to assure that the customer has the best experience possible. Customer service is high on their priority list. Ron and Melissa and their crew are great folks to work with. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

We've used Howell Services several times over the years. From installing new water lines and sewer repairs in our late 1960's farm house. Recently our 15+ year old A/C system decided to quit. Ron came out after hours and tried his best to keep it running until we could get it replaced. He was able to quickly provide us with multiple options on new systems and which would be best for our type of house and layout. He was very knowledgeable on this.

Turns out we were the "guinea pigs" for a new Comfort Sync A3 thermostat that is fresh of the market and I can say that so far we couldn't be happier. Not to mention paring this new system with new spray insulation in the attic (that was much needed) we can really tell the difference in the new system and the old system.

Woke up with no a/c, called their office after reading their reviews. Very professional person answered, took basic information and was able to schedule an appointment a few hours from my call. Their office called ahead to let me know when the technician was on the way. Ron came out and got right to work diagnosing the problem. Found the issue and repaired it on the spot. Prices were very reasonable and the service was top notch. A/C service was restored before the house even heated up. Thank you very much!!!
