Firehouse Heating and Air

Very impressive company. I thought about going with the HVAC company that I used last year since it was slightly cheaper. I am so glad that I didn't do that. More came with their inspection than the previous company.

I work in a hospital. Some of the patients that I provide care to have Covid-19. So I was impressed when I opened the door and see the service technician wearing a mask, shoe covers, and social distancing. All employees are vaccinated.

The tech was prompt and professional. He answered any questions that I had.

I am very happy with their service and plan to enroll into their annual service plan.

It’s September in Texas and temps were on the rise again to the upper 90s when my AC went out. I had used the same A/C company for years but now they have begun to transition to retirement and I was referred to Firehouse Heating and Air. I placed a call and the receptionist, Laura, was so friendly and polite. (1st impressions!). They worked me in right away. A technician named Eric (very nice and professional) came out and diagnosed/confirmed the problem that my attic unit was done and needed replaced. Within two days a crew was on the way out to perform the work. Matt, one of the owners came by a day earlier to discuss the plan. The thing I liked about Matt was he seemed to genuinely care about me and my situation. For me it’s all about trusting and believing that my best interests are in mind, whether it’s my personal doctor, my auto mechanic, etc. I want to feel like I’m dealing with family and that they’ll do their best work for me and treat me fairly. Well the work was completed quickly and efficiently, everything is up and running (and Cooling!), and later in the day after the work was done, the technician Eric and another of the owners, Wayne, came by to inspect the work and results. Wayne was great and he just confirmed that I had made a good choice in choosing Firechouse Heating and Air. I had a great experience and will definitely be calling these guys/girls again for any future a/c and heating needs. I know there are lots of employees that I didn’t interact with but just a shout out to the ones I did have interaction with; Laura, Eric, Matt and Wayne. Great people! Thanks to you all!

I highly recommend Firehouse Heating and Air. Everyone that we encountered through out the install of our new A/C unit was respectful and friendly. Wesley came out with in hours of us calling for help with our A/C. He was thorough with his inspection and explained the options that were available in either repairing or replacing. After deciding to replace our A/C he had his team out the next morning completing the install. Firehouse Heating and Air is a trust worthy company. We will definitely recommend them to our friends, family and coworkers.

Kudos to Matt and tech Mark! This company sent Mark out at 5pm on a Friday to take a look at my ac system. Mark found my inside coils had 7 years of buildup restricting proper airflow. Mark then cleaned the coils and the unit is now working great!
I was so impressed by Mark and his honesty and quality of work that I purchased a maintenance contract for him to back this fall to check the heating system.
You will notice other comments about this company being honest and not trying to rip you off, and it’s all true!

Very professional and worked with us to resolve our problems for the lowest price and correct way to fix the problem. Wasn’t just trying to sell us a new system. AWESOME company and employees!!! These guys even came out on a Holiday to look at our unit. We eventually had to replace the entire AC unit and Wesley and the guys were AWESOME. Wesley worked with me to get me a well priced, appropriate and dependable unit. The installation was expertly done. I can't speak highly enough about this company 10 out of 10 Would highly recommend!!!

Called Firehouses Heating & Air because another provider we made an appointment with to repair AC couldn’t keep their commitment after waiting 5 days for them to show up. I called Firehouses Heating & Air close to 5:00 PM, that day they showed up in record time to take care of all our needs. Very professional from start to finish. Rylee was caring and kind. I will be using Firehouse & Air again!

We have had Firehouse out a few times for various repairs. Wesley and Wayne and very professional and we trust them in our home and to complete repairs fairly and timely. When you think of your local “firehouse”/fire department, you’re thinking of the qualities this company personifies. They care, they are kind, they want to help and they are quick! Give them a call, you’ll also support a first responder when you support this small business.

This company does go above and beyond. They replaced a entire HVAC system and add extra air vents along with a new outtake for our bathroom. ( Witch with our original 1970s home air conditioning system I imagine it was a large task at hand.) They also came back to make sure that our system was working properly and did find that there was some issues with the self regulating system which they scheduled another appointment so that they could come out and fix the issues. Everyone that I have talked to or dealt with at Firehouse heating and air conditioning has been extremely helpful, respectful, and informative of all the needs and wants for our household. I wouldn’t recommend any other company to come into my home to be able to fix our heating and cooling problems.

Had an amazing experience with Firehouse Hearing and Air. Very quick with tending to my unit, and coming out to my house trouble shooting the problem. They are very professional and quick to do their job. I will definitely recommend using these guys, you will not regret it!

Firehouse heating and ac did a great job. Matthew found our leak and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. The repair and service was approximately half of what a competitor was going to charge for just finding the leak. Thanks again for the great service.
