We called late on a Saturday night. They returned our call within an hour. Isaiah arrived first thing in the morning on a Sunday. He had our AC up and cooling in no time. Special thank you to Isaiah Espinoza for your prompt and professional attention.

Aire Serv notified you when their personnel were in route to the residence along with a picture of their maintenance personnel. They were prompt and courteous. Their work was professionally done and they cleaned up the work area before they left. I would recommend Aire Serv to anyone wanting any heating/cooling work done.

Noel always keeps his feet clean when coming in and out of the house and due to the mud and other workmen making a mess he even cleaned off my deck!

Josh from AirServ came to the house to give me a quote to install a mini split. Unfortunately I decided to go a different route but I wish I could have hired them due to Josh’s professionalism, punctuality, and demeanor. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They put a 2 1/2 ton unit in my house. My house had a three ton before and they said they would not put a three ton back. They assured me the unit would work and when it got hot the temperature in the house just climbs all day long with the unit running constantly. When I asked them to replace it with a three ton I was told they have done all they can do which is very unprofessional since the unit cost over $10k dollars . I am very disappointed with Air Serv and I want everyone in the coastal bend to know what kind of company they are

Kyle Lafreniere is the absolute best! He came out on a holiday Sunday to get our hvac system back up and running. Not only did he fix the air conditioning but he answered every question we threw at him. We just bought this house and honestly, aside from what the home inspection says, we had no clue about any of the ac stuff. Kyle went through the entire system, explained what we have and what we should plan for and gave a rough estimate of what to expect time wise on the units. 1000% recommend aire serv and seriously, ask for Kyle, he's fantastic!
