Energy Attic

Energy Attic gave me a very fair price, came out when they said they would. Made quick work of the job and cleaned up like no other contractor I've experienced. I am very impressed with their insulation work, and noticed the difference immediately. I am a contractor and will be recommending Energy Attic to my customers and general contractors. This is a great company and you will happy you did business with them.

The mark of a great customer service experience isn't when everything goes well, but when something goes sideways and how that company reacts. Energy Attic put the sideways scenario to the test and passed with flying colors.

Briefly, when they installed the radiant barrier nearly two years ago, a strap to the a/c condenser coil was cut and not reattached. Over time, this caused the mets to warp and caused a drainage situation that could have caused a flood. When I got my a/c person together with Guy from Energy Attic, they went through the situation like professionals and agree it was an install issue. I forwarded the repair estimate to Energy Attic and two days later received a check. That is what I expected and they delivered. No excuses.

I should also note the radiant barrier and insulation work they did has saved me at least $100/month in power. The house is far more comfortable to live in as well.

In closing, I would choose Energy Attic all over again, not only for the products and overall workmanship, but also (and most importantly) because they stand behind their work. No excuses.

Great job all the way around - from first initial phone call to the end of the job. Very professional, easy to work with, quote was easy to understand and great pricing, guys cleaned up after the job and took pride in what they did. I really enjoyed using Energy Attic. They were very friendly on the phone, gave me a clear bid and told me when they would arrive and hold long it would take. The guys were professional and very polite. Within about two hours they were done, packed up and cleaned up. It was like they hadn't even been there. he biggest immediate difference was how cool I could keep my house. We were experiencing a string of 100 degree days and I couldn't keep it at 75 degrees if I tried. I immediately was able to keep in the low seventies without it running nearly as much. That made my pregnant wife quite happy. I live in a 1,400 SF house, built in the fifties, which prior to the Energy Attic insulation basically had none. I would highly recommend Energy Attic to anyone considering lowering their energy costs and usage while making their home more comfortable.

Amazing products and Amazing company. We had them replace our attic insulation, install a radiant barrier, and install an attic fan. Even with us still in the house we hardly knew they where there. They did a great job and left no trace after the finished up. We noticed an immediate difference and now don’t have hot/cold spots in our home. Highly recommend Energy Attic. Worth every penny.

Had a great experience with Energy Attic. Had new insulation and radiant barrier installed. The cost was competitive (the best I received), and the customer service outstanding. Ryan (company owner) spent a lot of time with me answering questions and discussing options. I never got the feeling I was being 'sold' and he was very informative. Guy, the Supervisor, and his crew, were professional, efficient, and clean. Couldn't tell they had been in the house at all. And best - the A/C is working as it should (it had been running all day), and we don't have to have the temp as low since installation.

We called Energy Attic on a Thursday just hoping to have a solution for our AC before the expected heatwave of the coming weekend. That same evening, they were able to come take a look so that a repair could be completed before end of day Friday. They walked us through conservative steps first, instead of immediately suggesting a complete replacement, and we were able to solve the problem! I wasn’t expecting to have such an easy solution so quickly during the industry’s busy season, but Ryan and his crew made it happen! Thank you!!

I called Energy Attic with an A/C problem and they couldn’t have been nicer. The receptionist was very helpful and took my information. I received a prompt call back from Seth. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what was causing the problem and what it would take to fix it. The fee was very reasonable.
