We had Crown Heating And Cooling do some maintenance after a referral from a friend who is a contractor and said we could trust them. They were very considerate, respectful when entering our home, and never try to up-sell us on stuff we don't need. These guys are the real deal!!

My air duct was looking very dirty and unkempt. I called Crown Heating And Cooling to get it cleaned pretty quick.They promptly responded to my call,scheduled me an appointment and set a great technician to come and solve my problem They were very professional and helpful! Their prices were fair. Highly recommend their services.

I made an appointment with this company a couple weeks in advance to fix my heater. Took the day off work to be there. The day came and no one showed up. I called three times and each time was told someone would call me back. They’ve now wasted my whole day, my heater is still not working and they can’t even be bothered to call me back. I look forward recommending literally anyone else next time anyone I know needs work done. Avoid this company if you value your time.

I wish all businesses had this kind of customer service. These guys are hard-working, kind, fast and thorough. After we received a new unit from them, my husband mentioned it to a co-worker. Five of his co-workers have called Crown Heating And Cooling based on our experience, and they have exceeded expectations every time. We wouldn't think of using anyone else.

They did a wonderful job explaining the equipment and services Apex provides. I felt comfortable asking questions and not pressured at all. The install of my furnace and AC was seamless. I would have never known they were here except for a shiny new furnace and AC. Thanks for helping me out!

Allan and Vin repaired a crushed and broken supply duct in our crawl space, strapped up two supply ducts that had come apart , and fixed and secured range venting in the crawl. Our heating in now so much more uniform throughout the house! They showed us pictures of the work they did when finished, and cleaned up all the areas where they were working. It was a pleasure to have Crown Heating And Cooling in our home.

The two guys who showed up did a great job, explained everything well, solved some unforeseen problems and even vacuumed when they were done. As a single home owner who knows nothing about this sort of thing, I felt very comfortable and that I was treated fairly. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

The technician came the same day I called to have the system checked. Very thorough and pinpointed the problem. The next appointment on the second day after that was done due to a full understandable schedule completed as promised. Highly recommended.

Called at 1130am. Was told I would receive a call from a technician within 3 hours. 5pm. No call back. I called again. Person answering the phone said they would reach out to the tech again. It's now 630pm. No call. Moving on to someone else who wants my business.
