Called Friday morning to have someone check my AC. My call went to voicemail and I left a message. I received a text a few minutes later stating " Afraid I'm not available today...very sorry. Koolkoncepts." Whoever sent the text didn't bother to (A) let me know when they WILL BE available and (B) didn't call back or text either. So they lost a potential customer. Some of these 5 Star ratings must be BOGUS! So they definitely lost a new customer as I scheduled with someone else. I anticipated they would be busy and couldn't come same day. Maybe he didn't like the sound of my voice.

Have used KoolKoncepts for over 10 years, every time they have been fair and incredibly dependable. AC in Texas is essential, and they have been there for me every step of the way, helping me keep my family cool and comfortable.

Todd came by at 6pm to fix our AC. He successfully fixed it and explained what happened. Very easy to work with!
