I happily give EHS the highest rating. My AC went out on a Friday afternoon the day before my daughter's graduation party. I called EHS, a real person answered the phone. The tech arrived exactly on time. He was very courteous and very professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, mine wasn't a cheap fix. However, they got it done that day. And, by "that day" I mean, they brought the parts and put my system back together at 1:30 AM! That's right. They worked until the middle of the night, and my system worked perfectly for the party. EHS was everything you want in a service company, and they delivered a top-quality product. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had Efficient Home Solutions put two wind turbines, more fiberglass insulation and an attic door tent in my attic. They explained my options very well, showed up on time, did what they said they would do, appear to have done a good job, and for a fair price. No complaints here.

WOW!! Incredibly sooooo honest and trustworthy. These guys are really great. Everyone from the salesman to the QC gentleman. The entire process was so painless and easy. After sealing the deal on a Wednesday, the entire system (inside and outside unit) was installed within the next 2 days. Works perfectly and have NO complaints. Believe me, I am the king of posting reviews and this company is awesome.

The owner, David, took the time to FaceTime me late in the evening on a Friday for no charge to help me figure out the issue. He had Mike out here the next day and problem was fixed very quickly for great price. Very professional and excellent service! Thank you!

Charged me $325 for a guy to come out and replace the capacitor in 15 minutes.

Less than 2 months later and the unit is broken again. They gave me a folder with a card that said "24 Hour Emergency Services - No Extra Charge." I call the line and I just get a "message" taken. They came out promptly the next morning.

It turns out the part was bad and they came out and replaced it free of charge. GREAT SERVICE!

The service I received and the attention to details cannot go without say. David Rivera with Efficient Home Solutions and his crew, Michael Oonk is one of the best in the business.

1) Last year spring 2014 I went ahead and purchased the AC and Heating inspection. It was the best thing I ever did, because for years my wife and I went with a home warranty company, which I won't mentioned and they only fix visual issues, but not the issues so for years I didn’t know if I was getting the service I needed. Michael came out and inspected 2 units thoroughly and after the inspection I needed a few items, but did mentioned about an old York (1998) condenser I have and to keep an eye on it. The information he shared with me was something I feared as well...it’s OLD. After Michael cleaned everything up I felt my AC really cold for the first time. I mean it was cooling the house before, but not like this.

2) It is now early December 2014 and as part of the package I bought back in April I had a call from Michael to follow up with our furnace inspection. As I mentioned before regarding with the Home Warranty company we use to use for our heating service inspection that Michael pointed out some serious issues I was have having with the units in the attic. I told Michael that I wanted him to inspect head to toe and tell me everything that was going on that he saw. Let’s just say it wasn’t good news, but I wanted to know. Michael was very honest and said I could do this or I could do that, but the whole time I was asking him what if this happens if I did this and for how long it will last if I don’t so something. I had rusting in the furnaces, I had gaps in seals all over the place, which I was sucking in attic air. No wonder my wife and I couldn’t get the dust problem in order and so much out dated codes. He left me with some serious things to think about, but I felt great that I finally had someone took their time and inspected out items.

3) David Rivera came back a week later with Michael Oong and shared the inspection report with me and if I had any concerns. So we started going over everything on the report that Michael gave and if I had any questions. I know I have original 1998 products my 2 furnaces were 1998, I had one outside condenser the York is 1998, and one coil 1998. After a week of thinking it out well I told them it was time to update and was looking forward to see how much I would save on power usage. I went with a new Trane condenser, 1 new coil, and 2 Rheem furnaces. The order was placed and in a couple of days they were at my house installing everything in ONE day. It was done so professionally, they cleaned up behind them very nicely like they were never there. I felt heat like I never felt heat in my house before. So I can’t wait to see how much I’m going to save this summer comes around.

4) To top it off, no pun intended, I also got the attic tent to keep any wasted drat from sucking into the attic. Now my upstairs actually retains heat and does not feel drafty at all. Who would’ve thought with something so small to upgrade would do that…an attic tent. Again, can’t wait for summer to see the savings. I can’t say enough in what David Rivera and Michael has done for us. I am impressed by your integrity and honesty and true diligence in making us happy campers.

Our AC went out on us which is scary in this TX heat. David responded quickly. Mark arrived on time. He was a pleasure to meet and talk with. He was thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to explain things. We are back to nice and cool. Would recommend Efficient and will use them in the future.

My A/C is only 2.5 years old and have had another AC company work on it now 3 times. I was so mad and HOT on Sunday as it was broken yet again, I decided to call EHS based on my Google search for another company. They spoke to me immediately to be sure of the issue and had some viable concerns I could ruim my coils based on what it was doing (the coils are not less than 6 months old!!!) They sent out a great technician, Philip Guthrie.. He was awesome.. Very friendly, super nice to my dogs and immediately found the problem. Sadly, I have yet another part that has failed and he is on his way to fix it this morning. However, he did get the AC working and the house cooled down nicely so I could actually sleep last night.. Too bad the "other McKinney" company couldn't have done this the many times they have been out here! Thanks to EHS and to Philip for excellent service and support!
